技术领域:
本实用新型涉及油田钻井领域所用的钻头配件,尤其是双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片。
背景技术:
钻头是钻井的主要刃具。而钻头上的切削刃主要由各种合金组成,它的好坏直接影响钻井的效率。目前的切削刃是由单层金刚石复合片组成,在钻井时只能产生单刃,钻削较硬的地层时,磨损较快,而且耐冲击性、耐磨性差,易损坏,影响钻头寿命,增加了钻井成本。
实用新型内容:
为了克服现有由单层金刚石复合片只能产生单刃,存在耐冲击性、耐磨性差的不足,本实用新型提供一种双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片,该复合片具有能够产生双刃,耐冲击性、耐磨性好的特点。
本实用新型解采用的技术方案是:该双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片包括基体,在硬质合金基体的断面及端面上均固定有人造聚晶金刚石层。
上述的基体为圆柱形。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:由于双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片是在硬质合金的基体的断面及端面上均固定有人造聚晶金刚石层,在钻削时能够产生双刃,钻削较硬的地层时,不易磨损,提高了钻削速度,而且因间隔置有聚晶金刚石复合片,增强了耐冲击性、耐磨性,延长了钻头的使用寿命,节约了钻井成本。所以说该复合片具有能够产生双刃,耐冲击性及耐磨性好的特点。

下面结合附图将对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由图1所示,该双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片包括基体1,在硬质合金圆柱形基体1上端固定有人造聚晶金刚石层2,基体1与人造聚晶金刚石层2通过高温高压烧结而成,在钻削时产生第一层单刃;通过硬质合金相隔后的断面固定的人造聚晶金刚石层2,在钻削时产生第二层单刃,这样就形成了双刃,钻削较硬的地层时,由于上述结构提高了复合片耐冲击性及耐磨性,使其不易磨损,增强了钻头使用寿命。
实际使用时,将带双层人造聚晶金刚石层2的硬质合金圆柱形基体1焊接在钻头上,即可正常使用。

1、一种双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片,包括基体(1),其特征在于:在硬质合金基体(1)的断面及端面上均固定有人造聚晶金刚石层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双刃人造聚晶金刚石复合片,其特征在于:基体(1)为圆柱形。
