Abstract

本实用新型属于地层钻头,包括钢体1,切削刀2,切削刀2包括中间层3、内外保径层(5,4),内外保径层径向镶焊在中间层3的内外两侧,中间层顶面略凹于内外保径层(5,4)顶面,内凹弧线平滑连续。使用本实用新型,内外保径层耐磨性好,保径性能强,提高钻具稳定性,延长钻头使用寿命。本实用新型主要用于地层钻进。

Description

内凹式钻头
本实用新型是一种地层钻头,属E21B类。
目前市场上一般使用的钻头,无论是地质钻头或石油钻头,它们均为钢体(胎体)上镶有切削刃,切削刃宽度大于钢体壁厚度。在钢体内外径方向分别突出1.5mm左右,用以扩孔保径,而且切削刃与保径层为同一材料一次成型的块体,为了加强耐磨性,在切削刃内外侧采用电镀工艺镶上金刚石聚晶,增加扩孔保径能力。但在实际应用中,因为切削刃采用同一材料一次成型工艺制成的块体,即使镀有金刚石聚晶,耐磨性仍不尽人意,效果不好,导致卡钻、取芯困难等不利后果,同时切削刃消耗2/5刃高后,因内外层超径,钻头就要报废,增加了使用成本。
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的问题,提出一种内凹式钻头。
本实用新型由钢体1、切削刃2组成,切削刃2镶焊(镀)在钢体1端部,切削刃2分为中间层3,外保径层4、内保径层5组成,外保径层4和内保径层5分别沿径向镶焊(镀)在中间层3两侧,中间层3顶面略凹于内外保径层(5,4)顶面,内凹弧线平滑连续。
本实用新型中间层3为工作层,厚度和钢体1壁厚度相同,一般为6mm~10mm,采用粉末冶金工艺、电铸工艺一次制作,内保径层5厚度1.2mm~1.8mm,镶焊在中间层3内侧,外保径层4镶焊(镀)在中间层3外侧,厚度0.8~1.2mm,内外保径层(5,4)均采用硬质合金粉末如碳化钨粉末掺有金刚石微粉、立方氮化硼微粉等通过电镀镀覆或喷焊而成。
本实用新型采用中间层3、外保径层4和内保径层5结构,使得内外保径层(5,4)耐磨性、冲击韧性提高,并且中间层略凹于内外保径层(5,4),在钻进过程中切削刃能始终保持凹形,即内外保径层(5,4)略突出于中间层3,减少钻具在钻进过程中的横向振荡保持钻进稳定性,克服因切削刃消耗出现钻头内外层超径问题,提高钻头扩孔保径能力,延长钻头使用寿命,基本上在中间层3完全消耗完钻头才报废。

本实用新型以平底式钻头为例,钢体1外径56mm~76mm,内径47mm~68mm,钢体1壁厚7mm~9mm,切削刃高5mm~10mm,中间层3厚度和钢体1壁厚度一致,为7mm~9mm,外保径层4厚度选择1.4mm~1.6mm,内保径层5厚度选择0.9mm~1.1mm,中间层3顶面略凹于内外保径层(5,4)顶面,凹陷中心深度0.1mm~0.4mm,内凹弧线平滑连续,避免中间层3拉槽。
本实用新型主要适用于常规地质钻头,也可用于石油钻头。

Claims (3)

1.一种内凹式钻头,包括钢体(1),切削刃(2),切削刃(2)镶焊在钢体(1)端部,其特征在于:切削刃(2)采用层状结构,包括中间层(3)、外保径层(4)内保径层,外保径层(4)和内保径层(5)沿径向固定在中间层(3)的外侧和内侧,中间层(3)略凹于外保径层(4)和内保径层(5),内凹弧线平滑连续。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内凹式钻头,其特征在于:中间层(3)厚度和钢体(1)壁厚度相同,为7mm~9mm,外保径层(4厚度1.4mm~1.6mm,内保径层厚度为0.9mm~1.1mm,中间层(3)顶面凹于外保径层(4)和内保径层(5)顶面,凹陷中心深度0.1mm~0.4mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种内凹式钻头,其特征在于,中间层(3)采用金刚石颗粒制成,外保径层(4)和内保径层(5)采用硬质合金粉末掺有金刚石粉末通过电镀镀覆或喷焊烧结而成。
