Abstract

本实用新型有关于一种球拍护套，为一长形板条，其中该板条为中空体。由于球拍护套采用了中空体结构，当球拍上装有护套的部分受到外力冲击时，护套的外壁会先变形，由于护套内空腔的缓冲作用，护套的外壁并不会立即与护套内壁相碰磨擦，而只有在护套外壁受到足够大的外力时才会与内壁相碰，产生外壁与内壁的机械磨擦。因此这样的结构提升了护套的耐磨强度，提高了护套的使用寿命，同时增强了对球拍的保护作用，并且不会增加护套的重量。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种体育用品器械的护套，特别是指一种球拍护套。
背景技术
球拍在使用时，经常会碰到地面、墙壁等硬物，而直接接触的多是球拍的顶框外框部分，所以球拍在使用过程中经常断裂的位置是集中在顶框外框部位。针对这一状况，对策是在球拍顶框外框上组装上耐磨的材料，以保护球拍，且磨损后可更换，这就是护套，对拍框具有保护作用的套子。
如图1、2所示，目前现有的球拍护套，为一长形板条1’贴附于球拍2的顶框外框21部位，该长形板条1’的中部是形成为凹槽11’，该凹槽11’内设穿线孔111’，凹槽11’是紧贴外框21的穿线槽22内；而凹槽11’的两侧形成翼形护板12’，此护板12’是紧贴于顶框外框21上，以此对球拍顶框外框21具有一保护作用。
上述的护套，其只是单纯依靠护套材质的耐磨性，因此其薄厚的设计是决定其使用寿命的长短，为保证球拍的重量不受影响，该护套的厚度设计又是有限的，因此护套的保护寿命及保护力度又是有限的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种提高对球拍保护寿命的球拍护套。
为达成上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：一种球拍护套，为一长形板条，其中该板条为中空体。
所述的长形板条，其中部是形成凹槽，凹槽两侧形成翼形护板，该两侧的翼形护板设为中空腔体。
采用上述方案后，由于球拍护套采用了中空体结构，中空体内充满空气，当球拍上装有护套的部份受到外力冲击时，护套的外壁会先变形，由于护套内空腔的缓冲作用，护套的外壁并不会立即与护套内壁相碰磨擦，而只有在护套外壁受到足够大的外力时才会与内壁相碰，产生外壁与内壁的机械磨擦。因此这样的结构提升了护套的耐磨强度，提高了护套的使用寿命，同时增强了对球拍的保护作用，并且不会增加护套的重量。

具体实施方式
如图3、4并配合图1所示，本实用新型的球拍护套，亦为一长形板条1贴附于球拍2的顶框外框21部位，该长形板条1的中部是形成为凹槽11，该凹槽11内设穿线孔111，凹槽11是紧贴外框21的穿线槽22内，此护套是通过网线固定于球拍2的顶框外框21部位；而凹槽11的两侧形成翼形护板12，此护板12是紧贴于顶框外框21上，本实用新型的关键在于：该两侧的翼形护板12内设为中空腔体121。
正是由于此翼形护板12内的中空腔体121的存在，令球拍的保护形成一双壁的保护，即中空腔体121的上方为护板外壁122，中空腔体121的下方为护板内壁123。
当球拍碰到地面或是其它硬物时，最先接触地面或是硬物的是护套的外壁122的外侧，同时中空腔体121对外壁122具有一缓冲作用，因此外壁122会向中空腔体121内变形，以此减小对地面或是硬物的摩擦，护套的外壁122内侧并不会立即与护套内壁123的内侧相碰磨擦，而只有在护套受到足够大的外力时，外壁122才会与内壁123相碰，产生机械磨擦。
因此这样的护套结构提升了护套的耐磨强度及使用寿命，同时增强了对球拍的保护作用。

1、一种球拍护套，为一长形板条，其特征在于：该板条为中空体。
2、如权利要求1所述的球拍护套，其特征在于：该长形板条，其中部是形成凹槽，凹槽两侧形成翼形护板，该两侧的翼形护板设为中空腔体。
