背景技术：目前，住院病人的护理工作主要是测量其体温、脉搏和呼吸情况，一般是由护士发放体温表、回收体温表并记录病人的体温、脉搏和呼吸次数，做这些工作时，通常需要护士提着体温表盒、拿着记录本、戴着秒针表，一边测体温、一边数脉搏查呼吸次数、一边看秒针表、一边记录，操作十分不便，稍有不慎极易损坏体温表，而且由于秒针表戴在手腕上，极易引起交叉感染，尤其是传染病房。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种既可避免体温表损坏、秒表被交叉感染的新型体温测量用具，又可十分方便地完成测体温、脉搏、呼吸等记录工作。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取了如下技术方案：它包括塑料记录板；记录板的左侧上部设有电子表，下部设有体温表盒，体温表盒内设一隔板，一边放体温表，一边放记录笔，体温表盒的上面有推拉盖；记录板的右侧放记录纸，顶部设有夹子，用于夹记录纸。
本实用新型构造简单，易于制造，既可避免体温损坏、秒表被交叉感染，又可十分方便地完成测体温、脉搏、呼吸等记录工作。
