一种烘烤装置，由炉膛和烘烤箱、火膛、烟筒、炉桥组成，炉桥[1]与火膛[2]的底部，烘烤箱[3]置于炉膛的上部，烘烤箱的外壳和上端与火膛的内壁构成烟道[4]，烟筒[5]设在炉膛的上部(或一端)从而隔断了火焰与加热物品的直接烘烤，箱内温度均匀，烘烤的物品的效率高，可靠性好。

本实用新型涉及烘烤设备。
人们现在烘烤物品时，将物品置于火膛的上部，待物品与高温接触的部分干燥后，然后翻个面，再进行烘烤。这种直接火烘烤，由于火焰有可能直接接触物品，受热不均匀且火灾事故时有发生；其次，由于是单面加热，热效率低，工作效率低，劳动强度大。
本实用新型是一种体积小，热效率高，工作效率高，安全可靠的烘烤装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：烘烤箱置于火膛的中部，烘烤箱外壁与火膛内壁构成烟道，火膛的顶部(或一端)设有烟筒。
火膛内的火焰沿着烘烤箱的外壳进行加热，然后进入烟筒，排除烟气。烘烤箱内的高温对物品进行烘烤，由于烘烤箱的高温是一个立体空间，其内的温度基本上是一致的，所以置于其内的物品的烘烤效果也基本上一致，免除了翻面的程序。由于烘烤箱内没有火焰，箱内物品引起火灾的可能性大大降低。
下面结合附图所绘的实施例进一步介绍本实用新型的内容。
如图所示，炉放置在底部[1]，火膛[2]的上部放置了烘烤箱[3]，烘烤箱外壳与火膛的内壁构成烟道[4]，烟筒[5]置于火膛上端的中央。
本实用新型结构简单，占用空间小，箱内温度均匀，烘烤物品的效果好。
