目前广泛用于制作棉服、被褥、卫生巾等使用的复合棉絮片采用无弹性的长纤维无纺布作为基片和短纤维棉絮片复合而成。复合棉絮片的弹性小,絮片与基片绞织结合牢度差,受力易发生剥离、变形。随着人们对棉服、被褥,特别是妇女使用的卫生巾使用要求的不断提高,不仅要求复合棉絮片具有良好的柔软性和良好的保暖、吸湿性,而且还要具有良好的弹性和整体牢度的耐用性,以使制成的棉服、被褥、卫生巾等穿着、使用更加舒适并能长时间保持不变形,因而现有棉絮片越来越不适应棉服、被褥、卫生巾等制作的使用要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种不仅具有良好的柔软性和良好的保暖、吸湿、透气性,而且具有良好弹性的,基片与絮片结合牢度大、不易剥离、变形的复合纤维絮片。
