Abstract

背景技术
现有技术中，普通木螺钉一般都是“一”字型槽，或者“十”字型槽，使用时只能人工手持改锥上丝，一丝一丝往里拧，上一个螺钉很费劲，特别遇到顶棚、室外高处固定或材质硬的物体时，往往难以拧进，既费工又费力且效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的就是现有木螺钉人工手持改锥上丝，既费工又费力且效率较低等问题，而提供的一种结构合理，操作方便，易于制作，省工省力，且效率高的新型速进木螺钉及其专用工具。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的。速进木螺钉，该木螺钉的头部为锥形螺纹，木螺钉的尾部均布两个对称的豁口，豁口下设有固定螺钉的道槽。

用于紧固速进木螺钉的专用工具，该专用工具为一钉钳，钉钳的头部设有两个与木螺钉对称豁口相吻合的钳嘴，钉钳的尾部装入电钻。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2所示，本实用新型速进木螺钉包括木螺钉1、木螺钉1的头部为锥形螺纹，木螺钉1的尾部均匀分布两个对称的豁口3，豁口3的角度为60°，豁口3下设有固定螺钉的道槽2。
参见图3、图4所示，本实用新型用于紧固速进木螺钉的专用工具，该专用工具为一钉钳4，钉钳4的头部设有两个与木螺钉1对称豁口3相吻合的钳嘴5，钳嘴5的角度为60°，以便和豁口3的角度相配合，钉钳4的尾部装入电钻。
使用时，先将钉钳4的尾部装入电钻固定好，再将木螺钉1插进专用工具钉钳4内，然后对准物体，启动电钻，边钻边进。木螺钉1便从钉钳4内自动退出，很轻松地用几秒钟时间即可完成整个上丝工序。它既是一个钻头，又是一个木螺钉，两者兼备，能进能出，使用简单，操作方便。对中号、大号木螺钉尤为适用，其效果更为突出。

1、一种速进木螺钉，其特征在于该木螺钉的头部为锥形螺纹，木螺钉的尾部均布两个对称的豁口，豁口下设有固定螺钉的道槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的速进木螺钉，其特征在于所述的豁口的角度为45～90°。
3、一种用于紧固速进木螺钉的专用工具，其特征在于该专用工具为一钉钳，钉钳的头部设有两个与木螺钉对称豁口相吻合的钳嘴，钉钳的尾部装入电钻。
4、根据权利要求3所述的专用工具，其特征在于所述的钳嘴的角度为45～90°。
