技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蒸气发生器,特别是一种蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气发生器。
背景技术
目前现有的蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气一般仅是有电热管在储有水的金属杯中加热,待杯中的水沸腾后产生所需要的蒸气,但是该方式产生的蒸气较少,无法连续提供大量的蒸气,仅适合于蒸气量需要较少的普通蒸气熨斗,而现在使用的蒸气挂熨烫机依靠大量的连续的蒸气直接喷在服装上来熨烫服装,因此现有的产生蒸气的普通加热法已无法满足使用的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气一般仅是有电热管在储有水的金属杯中加热,待杯中的水沸腾后产生所需要的蒸气,但是该方式产生的蒸气较少,无法连续提供大量的蒸气,仅适合于蒸气量需要较少的普通蒸气熨斗,而现在使用的蒸气挂熨烫机依靠大量的连续的蒸气直接喷在服装上来熨烫服装,因此现有的产生蒸气的普通加热法已无法满足使用要求的问题。本实用新型设计蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气发生器,包括壳体,其特征在于:在管状的壳体内有一电热管,电热管为空心管,电热空心管的管壁上有通孔,电热管固定在壳体上端的出气管接口,出气管接口由螺纹与壳体上端的螺纹连接,出气管接口的出口管为弯折管,壳体的下部有进水口,壳体下部有放水孔,放水孔有螺母封闭,电热空心管的管壁上的通孔至少有三个,电热空心管的管壁上的通孔为多边形。本实用新型的优点是能快速连续地产生大量的蒸气,满足蒸气挂熨烫机熨烫服装的要求。

具体实施方式
图中包括壳体1,其特征在于:在管状的壳体1内有一电热管2,电热管2为空心管,电热空心管2的管壁上有通孔10,通孔10为三个多边形孔,电热管2固定在壳体1上端的出气管接口3上,出气管接口3由螺纹4与壳体1上端的螺5纹连接,出气管接口3的出口管6为弯折管,壳体1的下部有进水口7,壳体1下部有放水孔8,放水孔8有螺母9封闭。使用时水从壳体1的下部进水口7进入壳体1内,电热管2接电后发热对进入电热管2内的水加热,由于进入电热管2内的水量很少,因此迅速被电热管2加热气化,从电热管2的上端进入出气管接口3的出口管6排出,蒸气在通过电热管2时,管壁上的通孔10可以消声,再由接管送至喷头,且由于出口管6为弯折管,所以蒸气通过时能抑制蒸气流声,而下部的放水孔8可以将螺母9开启后放除壳体1内的积水进行蒸气发生器的清洗。

1、蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气发生器,包括壳体,其特征在于:在管状的壳体内有一电热管,电热管为空心管,电热空心管的管壁上有通孔,电热管固定在壳体上端的出气管接口,出气管接口由螺纹与壳体上端的螺纹连接,出气管接口的出口管为弯折管,壳体的下部有进水口,壳体下部有放水孔,放水孔有螺母封闭,
2、按权利要求1所述的蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气发生器,其特征在于:电热空心管的管壁上的通孔至少有三个,
3、按权利要求1或2所述的蒸气挂熨烫机蒸气发生器,其特征在于:电热空心管的管壁上的通孔为多边形。
