本实用新型涉及一种对保温饭菜有传导热量提高保温效果的热水式保温饭盒。它在饭盒真空隔层(2)与之内的饭菜容室(4)之间又形成热水隔层(3)及上部注水孔(6)。它是在原来保温饭盒真空隔热层之内又设一层热水层，其热量传向内部饭菜，延长保温时间，提高保温效果，查兼作热水瓶。

背景技术
现有的保温盒如似热水保温瓶，内部有真空保温层。但这种保温饭盒对被保温饭菜的本身热量减慢散失的速度，时间一长饭菜的温度也下降较快。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中存在的问题，而提供一种对保温饭菜有传导热量提高保温效果的热水式保温饭盒。
本实用新型解决其问题可通过如下技术方案来达到：在真空隔层与之内的饭菜容室之间又形成热水隔层及上部注水孔。
由上述方案构成的饭盒，它是在原来保温饭盒真空隔热层之内又设一层热水层，其热量传向内部饭菜，可达到设计目的。
本实用新型与背景技术相比具有如下有益效果：它是在原来保温饭盒真空隔热层之内又设一层热水层，其热量传向内部饭菜，延长保温时间，提高保温效；同时饭后可作饮水用，特别适用于无水源野外作业者之用，可兼作热水瓶。

由图1，2所示，在真空隔层2与之内的饭菜容室4之间又形成热水隔层3及上部注水孔6。
由上述方案构成的本饭盒，饭菜装好后，注满热水，用软塞封住，然后加上盖即可。饭盒外层为外壳1，口上有盒盖5。

- 一种涉及热水式保温饭盒，含有外壳(1)，真空隔层(2)和内部饭菜容室(4)及保温盖(5)，其特征要于：在真空隔层(2)与之内的饭菜容室(4)之间又形成热水隔层(3)及上部注水孔(6)。
