背景技术
现有广泛使用的通信光缆一般为层绞式或中心管式光缆,层绞式光缆外径较大、重量重、施工不便;中心管式光缆抗侧压强度较低,作配线光缆由于布线折弯较多,光缆易损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有一般光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种轻型小直径骨架式光缆,它具有重量较轻、便于施工、抗侧压强度较高的优点,适于作只需少量光纤的配线光缆。
本实用新型所提供的轻型小直径骨架式光缆包括缆芯(8)及外护套(7),缆芯设置周边开槽(9)的圆形骨架式加强芯(4),加强芯的槽内放置阻水物(2)、嵌入光纤带(1),在缆芯与外护套之间设置防水层(5)。
为了使本实用新型具有更好的抗侧压强度,可以在骨架式加强芯中央设置加强件(3)。
为了在连接光缆时能够方便地将外护套撕开,可以在外护套内设置撕裂绳(6)。
本实用新型的有益效果是重量较轻,抗侧压强度较高,安装时便于施工,不易损坏。

具体实施方式
采用聚乙烯材料制成包覆中央加强件(3)并在周边开槽(9)的骨架式加强芯(4)后,在槽内放入阻水物(2)并嵌入光纤带(1),然后包覆防水层(5),在防水层外侧设置撕裂绳(6),最后用聚乙烯或低烟无卤阻然材料制成外护套(7)。

1、一种骨架式光缆,包括缆芯及外护套,其特征在于缆芯内设置周边开槽的圆形骨架式加强芯,加强芯的槽内放置阻水物、嵌入光纤带,在缆芯与外护套之间设置防水层。
2、按权利要求1所述骨架式光缆,其特征在于骨架式加强芯中央设置加强件。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的骨架式光缆,其特征在于在外护套内设置撕裂绳。
