本实用新型属于羽毛绒羽枝线，其特点是在芯纱表面设有粘合剂层，羽枝垂直于芯纱靠粘合剂粘固在芯纱上，由于羽枝上附生有羽小枝，羽小枝上又附生有刺和/或结节，所以羽枝与羽枝之间羽小枝相互交叉，形成森林式三维网状结构绒层。该线蓬松度高手感好，可利用废弃的羽毛片和羽毛绒在加工过程中产生的绒飞丝和飞丝粉末，用该线可针织衣、袜，可做纬纱机织布料，也可剪切成线段做填充物制作羽绒服和寝具，不钻毛，对里面料无特殊要求，是轻质、保暖防风衣物的理想用线，可在纺织行业推广应用。

本实用新型涉及纱线，是一种利用羽毛绒制成的羽枝线。
背景技术
羽毛绒是禽类皮肤的衔生物，具有质轻保暖性能好的特点，属天然蛋白质材料。羽毛绒主要包括羽毛和羽绒，羽毛呈片状，是以一根羽杆为轴向两侧平行密集分布有羽枝，羽枝的两侧附生有羽小枝，羽小枝上又附生有带钩的刺，羽绒分为绒子和绒毛，是以羽根或羽杆为核心向外放射状分布有羽枝，羽枝上附生有羽小枝，羽小枝上又附生有结节或/和刺。从羽毛或羽绒的羽杆或羽根上剥落下来的单根状羽枝是独特的天然异型纤维。目前人类对羽毛绒的应用主要是以天然结构的朵状和细软羽毛作为填充物制作羽绒服和寝具，由于羽绒的三维放射型结构，使该材料自然蓬松度很高，制成的服装显得臃肿，不能形成时装化，使羽毛绒这一天然材料应用单一，档次低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种羽毛绒羽枝线，以解决现有羽毛绒制成的服装显得臃肿，不能形成时装化，使羽毛绒这一天然材料应用单一，档次低的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该羽毛绒羽枝线是由芯纱和羽枝构成，在芯纱的表面设有粘合剂，羽枝垂直于芯纱，靠粘合剂粘固在芯纱上。
芯纱采用现有纱线或长丝纤维。
粘合剂采用聚酰胺、聚氨酯或热可塑性聚氨酯液态粘合剂。
羽枝采用水洗鸭、鹅羽绒或羽毛经加工提取的单根状羽枝或在羽毛绒加工过程中产生的绒飞丝和飞丝粉末。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：(1)由于羽枝是树型结构异型纤维，所以直立在芯纱表面的羽枝呈现森林一样的绒毛、羽枝上的羽小枝相互交叉，形成三维网状结构绒层，手感好；(2)可综合利用羽毛绒资源，该羽枝线，不但可利用朵状羽毛绒羽枝，而且可利用羽毛绒在加工过程中产生的绒飞丝和飞丝粉末，还可利用废弃的羽毛片的羽枝；(3)将羽枝线剪成20-60mm可做填充物制作羽绒服和寝具，不钻毛，对里面料无特殊要求；(4)羽枝线用途广：用该羽枝线可针织衣袜可手工编织衣物，也可做纬纱机织面料，(5)该羽枝线织物质轻美观时尚，防风保暖性能好。

具体实施方式
图中：芯纱1采用现有技术的天然纤维、化学纤维及其混合纤维的纱线或长丝纤维，在芯纱表面浸涂有粘合剂2，粘合剂采用聚酰胺、聚氨酯或热可塑性聚氨酯液态粘合剂；在粘合剂2上采用静电植绒技术将羽枝3垂直于芯纱粘固在芯纱上，羽枝3采用水洗鸭、鹅羽绒、羽毛经加工去掉羽根或羽杆后得到的单根状羽枝或采用在羽毛绒加工过程中产生的绒飞丝和飞丝粉末。由于羽枝上附生有羽小枝4，羽小枝上又附生有刺5和/或结节6，所以羽枝与羽枝之间羽小枝相互交叉，形成森林式三维网状结构绒层。该线蓬松度高，手感好，可剪切成20-60mm的线段做填充物制作羽绒服和寝具，可用于针织衣、袜，可手工编纺织衣物，可做纬纱机织面料。

1、一种羽毛绒羽枝线是由芯纱(1)和羽枝(3)构成，其特征在于：在芯纱(1)的表面设有粘合剂(2)，羽枝(3)垂直于芯纱，靠粘合剂(2)粘固在芯纱上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的羽毛绒羽枝线，其特征在于：芯纱(1)采用现有纱线或长丝纤维。
3、根据权利要求1所述的羽毛绒羽枝线，其特征在于：粘合剂(2)采用聚酰胺、聚氨酯或热可塑性聚氨酯液态粘合剂。
4、根据权利要求1所述的羽毛绒羽枝线，其特征在于：羽枝(3)采用水洗鸭、鹅羽绒、羽毛经加工提取的单根状羽枝或在羽毛绒加工过程中产生的绒飞丝和飞丝粉末。
