一种接插部件可收折的适配器,包括壳体(1)和接插部件(2),所述壳体(1)的前端有凹槽(11),所述接插部件(2)置于所述壳体(1)的凹槽(11)中,该凹槽(11)两侧壁均有轴孔(111),在以该轴孔(111)的中心为圆心以一定半径形成的圆周上分布有至少三个凸点/凹点(112),其中至少一点是导电点;所述接插部件(2)包括接插本体(21)和插脚(22),所述接插本体(21)的两侧壁均有转动轴(211),在所述接插本体(21)的两侧壁上与所述凸点/凹点(112)对应设置有凹点/凸点(212),其中,至少一点与所述插脚(22)一体或者连接。同现有技术相比较,具有以下技术效果:定位准确;导电点接触良好;适用范围广;耐磨损,使用寿命长;制作简单。

Description

接插部件可收折的适配器
技术领域  本实用新型涉及电连接器件,特别是涉及接插部件可折叠的便携式适配器。
背景技术  随着科学技术的发展,出现了多种多样便于用户在旅行或出差时用的便携式电器,如便携式计算机、移动电话及传真机等。电源适配器是这些便携式电器在使用中必不可少的配件之一,同时也向着体积小、携带方便及使用安全的方向发展。市场上已有多种折叠式插脚适配器,在一定程度上满足了用户的需求,但存在以下不足:插脚与适配器壳体内的电源输出端是通过金属弹片单点接触,长期使用容易造成接触不良,且在大功率状态使用时接触点容易发热甚至烧毁;插脚转动定向只有两点定位,长期使用容易磨损,导致丧失定向功能或者造成定向偏差。
发明内容  本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提出一种定位准确、电接触良好以及适用于大功率电器的接插部件可收折的适配器。
本实用新型的技术问题可以通过采用以下技术方案来解决:
设计、制作一种接插部件可收折的适配器,包括壳体和接插部件,所述壳体的前端有凹槽,该凹槽两侧壁均有轴孔,在以该轴孔的中心为圆心以一定半径形成的圆周上分布有至少三个凸点/凹点,其中至少一点是与所述壳体内的电源输出端连接的金属点;所述接插部件包括接插本体和嵌入该本体内的插脚,所述接插本体的两侧壁均有转动轴,以转动轴轴心为圆心,在所述接插本体的两侧壁上与所述凹槽侧壁的凸点/凹点对应设置各凹点/凸点,在所述凹点/凸点中,至少一点与所述插脚一体或者连接;所述接插部件的转动轴置于所述壳体的凹槽侧壁的轴孔中。
本实用新型接插部件可收折的适配器通过凹凸多点接及多点定位,同现有技术相比较,具有以下技术效果:
1.定位准确;
2.导电点接触良好;
3.可根据需要设置一点或多点导电点,适用于各种功率电器包括大功率电器;
4.耐磨损,使用寿命长;
5.本实用新型从现有技术中的导电结构和定位结构分别设计改为导电和定位结构一体
  化设计,制作简单。
6.本实用新型适配器根据定位点的个数可以有多种使用状态,以适用不同的电源插座。

具体实施方式  以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
一种接插部件可收折的适配器,如图1、图2所示,包括壳体1和接插部件2,所述壳体包括上壳12和底座13,所述壳体1的前端有凹槽11,该凹槽11两侧壁均有轴孔111,在以该轴孔111的中心为圆心以一定半径形成的圆周上均匀分布有三个凸点/凹点112,其中至少一点是与所述壳体1内的电源输出端连接的金属点;所述接插部件2包括接插本体21和嵌入该本体21内的插脚22,所述接插本体21的两侧壁均有转动轴211,以该转动轴211的轴心为圆心,在所述接插本体21的两侧壁上与所述凹槽11侧壁的凸点/凹点112对应设置有凹点/凸点212,所述凹点/凸点212中,至少一点与所述插脚22一体或者连接;所述接插部件2的转动轴211置于所述壳体1的凹槽11侧壁的轴孔111中。所述凹槽11两侧壁上的凸点/凹点112和所述接插部件2两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点212由弹性材料做成。旋转接插部件2,能实现本实用新型适配器在使用状态和收放状态(非工作状态)之间的转换。
如图2至图4所示,所述接插本体21的端部与所述壳体1的前端平齐,所述凹槽11的长度稍长于所述接插部件2的长度,且所述转动轴211位于所述接插本体21侧壁的正中间,以保证所述接插部件2能在壳体1的凹槽11内180度转动。
本实用新型适配器的接插部件2折叠状态如图2所示,所述接插部件2收放在所述壳体1的凹槽11内,此时,所述凹槽11两侧壁上的凸点/凹点112和所述接插部件2两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点212脱离。
本实用新型适配器的接插部件2的使用状态一如图3所示,旋转接插部件2使其与所述壳体1垂直,此时,所述凹槽11两侧壁上的凸点/凹点112和所述接插部件2两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点212接触,其中金属弹性点接触导通,非金属弹性点和金属弹性点一起起定位作用,使本实用新型适配器在该使用状态所述接插部件保持位置稳定。
本实用新型适配器的接插部件2的使用状态二如图4所示,所述插脚22在所述壳体1之外并与壳体1平行,此时,所述凹槽11两侧壁上的凸点/凹点112和所述接插部件2两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点212接触,其中金属弹性点接触导通,非金属弹性点和金属弹性点一起起定位作用,使本实用新型适配器在该使用状态所述接插部件保持位置稳定。该种使用状态的插脚与壳体的相对位置有利于节省电源插座空间。
所述凹槽11两侧壁上的凸点/凹点112和所述接插部件2两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点212的个数以及其中导电点的个数根据实际需要而定,比如,与大功率电器匹配使用的时候,设置两个或三个导电点。
本实用新型装配时,如图1所示,先将所述接插部件2放入所述壳体1的底座13内,然后将所述壳体1的上盖12与所述接插部件2和底座13盖合。

Claims (6)

1.一种接插部件可收折的适配器,包括壳体(1)和接插部件(2),其特征在于:
所述壳体(1)的前端有凹槽(11),该凹槽(11)两侧壁均有轴孔(111),在以该轴孔(111)的中心为圆心以一定半径形成的圆周上分布有至少三个凸点/凹点(112),其中至少一点是与所述壳体(1)内的电源输出端连接的金属点;
所述接插部件(2)包括接插本体(21)和嵌入该本体(21)内的插脚(22),所述接插本体(21)的两侧壁均有转动轴(211),以转动轴(211)的轴心为圆心,在所述接插本体(21)的两侧壁上与所述凹槽(11)侧壁的凸点/凹点(112)对应设置有凹点/凸点(212),所述凹点/凸点(212)中,至少一点与所述插脚(22)是一体或者电连接;
所述接插部件(2)的转动轴(211)置于所述壳体(1)的凹槽(11)侧壁的轴孔(111)中,所述接插部件(2)可绕轴心转动到不同方向,借助所述凹槽(11)两侧壁上的凸点/凹点(112)和所述接插部件(2)两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点(212)接触以定位和导电。
2.如权利要求1所述的接插部件可收折的适配器,其特征在于:所述凹槽(11)两侧壁上的凸点/凹点(112)和所述接插部件(2)两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点(212)由弹性材料做成。
3.如权利要求1所述的接插部件可收折的适配器,其特征在于:所述接插本体(21)端部与所述壳体(1)的前端平齐。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的接插部件可收折的适配器,其特征在于:所述凹槽(11)的长度稍长于所述接插部件(2)的长度。
5.如权利要求1所述的接插部件可收折的适配器,其特征在于:所述转动轴(211)位于所述接插本体(21)侧壁的正中间。
6.如权利要求1所述的接插部件可收折的适配器,其特征在于:所述凹槽(11)两侧壁上的凸点/凹点(112)和所述接插部件(2)两侧壁上的相应凹点/凸点(212)在圆周上均匀分布。
