新型防水隔热门槛，属于集装箱技术领域。该门槛由后门槛1、支撑2、隔热件4、后排水盘5、连接螺栓8、抗压木枕7及垫木3等构成，隔热件4与后排水盘5插扣连接，插扣连接处用密封胶密封。本实用新型结构合理、简单，生产制造容易，隔热件4与后排水盘5采用插扣连接，有效防止了隔热件4与后排水盘5之间产生间隙和形成漏水、渗水的现象。门槛的防水隔热保温效果，有很好的推广应用价值和市场前景。

本实用新型涉及冷藏集装箱的门槛结构，属于集装箱技术领域。
背景技术
现有的冷藏集装箱门槛由后门槛、垫木、隔热件、后排水盘、连接螺栓等构成，隔热件、垫木与后排水盘采用连接螺栓连接固定(如图2)。冷藏集装箱防水要求是衡量集装箱性能好坏的重要性能指标之一，生产厂家和使用客户对集装箱的防水、隔热质量都是非常重视的。冷藏集装箱门槛的结构、防水性能，也直接关系到冷藏集装箱的防水、隔热保温性能。冷藏集装箱的货物装卸都必须从箱门的门槛上经过，在经过多次装卸后，隔热件与后排水盘之间容易产生间隙以及连接螺栓与被紧固件之间的间隙，容易产生漏水，影响集装箱的隔热保温效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要通过对现有的冷藏集装箱门槛结构的改进，提供一种防水隔热效果好的冷藏集装箱的新型防水隔热门槛。
本实用新型的目的是通过对现有冷藏集装箱门槛结构的改进实现的，新型防水隔热门槛，包括后排水盘5及后排水盘5下面连接螺栓8连接固定的隔热件4、垫木3和隔热件4、垫木3外侧的后门槛1。所述的隔热件4与后排水盘5分别设有相互匹配的连接插扣，隔热件4与后排水盘5插扣连接，插扣连接处有密封胶。所述的隔热件4与后排水盘5的插扣连接处与冷藏集装箱底的隔热发泡层之间是隔开的。所述的后排水盘5覆盖在连接螺栓8的上部。所述的后排水盘5的后端的下部设有抗压木枕7，垫木3的下部设有支撑2。支撑2与后门槛1焊接连接。
本实用新型结构合理、简单，生产制造容易，隔热件4与后排水盘5采用插扣连接，有效防止了隔热件4与后排水盘5之间产生间隙和形成漏水、渗水的现象，并在门槛的所有零部件连接处加密封胶，保证了门槛的防水隔热保温效果。有很好的推广应用价值和市场前景。

具体实施方式
在隔热件4的上部和后排水盘5的前端分别设置相互匹配的连接插扣，后排水盘5的后端与底板6焊接连接，在后排水盘5的后端下面设置抗压木枕7，在隔热件4的下面设置支撑2，后门槛1与支撑2组焊。安装隔热件4和垫木3，隔热件4上插扣与后排水盘5的插扣连接，并保证隔热件4与后门槛1紧密配合及位置正确。采用连接螺栓(或螺丝)8，将隔热件4、垫木3、支撑2等紧固。在所有连接处加密封胶。

1、一种新型防水隔热门槛，包括后排水盘(5)及后排水盘(5)下面连接螺栓(8)连接固定的隔热件(4)、垫木(3)和隔热件(4)、垫木(3)外侧的后门槛(1)，其特征是所说的隔热件(4)与后排水盘(5)分别设有相互匹配的连接插扣，隔热件(4)与后排水盘(5)插扣连接，插扣连接处有密封胶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型防水隔热门槛，其特征是所说的隔热件(4)与后排水盘(5)的插扣连接处与冷藏集装箱底的隔热发泡层之间是隔开的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型防水隔热门槛，其特征是所说的后排水盘(5)覆盖在连接螺栓(8)的上部。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型防水隔热门槛，其特征是所说的后排水盘(5)的后端的下部设有抗压木枕(7)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的新型防水隔热门槛，其特征是所说的垫木(3)的下部设有支撑(2)。
6、根据权利要求1、5所述的新型防水隔热门槛，其特征是所说的支撑(2)与后门槛(1)焊接连接。
