Abstract

烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架，设有带盒孔(4)的盘架(3)，其特征在于：所述的盘架(3)为折叠式结构。本实用新型的盘架可折叠起来置于内锅中，从而减少包装体积，降低包装运储成本。

烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架
技术领域
本实用新型属一种用于烤炉内锅的蒸盒盘架。
背景技术
为了增加使用功能，对烤炉中用于放置烘烤食物的内锅常配置有有蒸盒，当需要对食物进行保温或蒸制时，往内锅里放入水，把食物放入蒸盒置于内锅上部加热，参见图1，现有的电烤炉或其它烤炉为了在内锅(1)上部放置蒸盒(2)，专门设置了带有盒孔(4)的盘架(3)，盘架周边搭在内锅(1)上口边缘，将蒸盒(2)嵌入盘架(3)的盒孔(4)内，架在内锅上部，在包装运输过程中，由于盘架(3)直径大于内锅(1)内壁直径，不能放入锅内，所以增加了运储过程中的产品包装体积和成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于包装运储的烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架。
解决上述问题的技术方案是(参见实施例图)：本实用新型设有带盒孔(4)的盘架(3)，其特征在于：所述的盘架(3)为折叠式结构。
本实用新型的盘架为折叠式结构，故可折叠起来置于内锅中，从而减少包装体积，降低包装运储成本。

具体实施方案
实施例1(图4、5、6)
本例的盘架3纵向长度大于横向长度，盘架上设有纵向排列的三个盒孔4，盘架3从中部横向分为两体，分体处用合页5连接，分体线6位于盒孔4纵向边缘至盘架3纵向侧边缘之间的盘架部位，合页5设有限定最大转角为180度的定位挡片。
本盘架可对折放置。
实施例2(图7)
本例的盘架3纵向长度大于横向长度，盘架上设有纵向排列的三个盒孔4，盘架3横向分为三体，分体处用合页5连接，两分体线6分别位于两侧盒孔4纵向边缘至盘架3纵向侧边缘之间的盘架部位。
本盘架可折成三段放置。
实施例4(图5)
本例的盘架3纵向长度大于横向长度，盘架上的盒孔4由两个横向并排排列的盒孔4b和与这两盒孔纵向并排呈“品”字形排列的盒孔4a组成，盘架3从中部分为两体，分体处用合页5连接，分体线6位于两横向排列的盒孔4b与另一盒孔4a之间的盘架部位。
本盘架可对折放置。

1、烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架，设有带盒孔(4)的盘架(3)，其特征在于：所述的盘架(3)为折叠式结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架，其特征在于：所述的盘架(3)纵向长度大于横向长度，盘架上设有纵向排列的三个盒孔(4)，盘架(3)从中部横向分为两体，分体处用合页(5)连接，分体线(6)位于盒孔(4)纵向边缘至盘架(3)纵向侧边缘之间的盘架部位。
3、根据权利要求1所述的烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架，其特征在于：所述的盘架(3)纵向长度大于横向长度，盘架上设有纵向排列的三个盒孔(4)，盘架(3)横向分为三体，分体处用合页(5)连接，两分体线(6)分别位于两侧盒孔(4)纵向边缘至盘架(3)纵向侧边缘之间的盘架部位。
4、根据权利要求1所述的烤炉内锅蒸盒盘架，其特征在于：所述的盘架(3)纵向长度大于横向长度，盘架上的盒孔(4)由两个横向并排排列的盒孔(4b)和与这两盒孔纵向并排呈“品”字形排列的盒孔(4a)组成，盘架(3)从中部分为两体，分体处用合页(5)连接，分体线(6)位于两横向排列的盒孔(4b)与另一盒孔(4a)之间的盘架部位。
