背景技术
传统齿轮泵，由于结构上的原因，当零件采用新型材料后，经常会出现卡死和炸裂的问题，甚至会出现由于内腔压力过高产生的安全问题。尽管在分配器上装有安全阀，对内腔压力安全有一定的效果；但是效果不很理想，且分配器上存在死角。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有效解决卡死问题，且性能安全可靠的齿轮泵。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案。这种齿轮泵，主要包括泵壳、前盖和后盖，在泵壳上装有安全阀，安全阀与泵壳内腔相连通。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案还可以进一步完善。在泵壳中的八字座内设有滚针轴承。在泵壳的后盖上装有安全阀。在前盖上与输出轴相配合处设有密封圈，与油封构成双层密封。所述的安全阀为溢流阀。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。如图1所示，这种齿轮泵，包括泵壳1、前盖2和后盖3，在泵壳1中的八字座4内设有滚针轴承5，在后盖3上装有溢流阀6，溢流阀6与泵壳1内腔相连通。当压力过高时，溢流阀6打开，通过回油孔10减小压力。在前盖2上与输出轴7相配合处设有密封圈8，与油封9构成双层密封，以增加密封效果。
