Abstract

本实用新型是一种仪器、仪表使用的防滑测量表笔,尤其适用于万用表。本实用新型和普通的测量表笔在外形上没有太大的区别,只是在普通的测量表笔的测量触头上钻一个细孔,在测量密管脚的电路或直插式集成电路时,被测电路的管脚可以插入该防滑测量表笔测量触头的空心内,所以该表笔在测量时不会发生滑动,可以有效的防止相邻两个管脚之间发生短路。

背景技术
仪器、仪表的测量表笔端部的测量触头一般都是圆锥形的,在测量量容易出现侧滑,特别是测量密管脚的电路或直插式集成电路时,由于表笔的侧滑很容易使相邻的两个管脚之间发生短路,扩大故障造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种仪器、仪表、尤其是万用表上使用的防滑测量表笔,在测量密管脚电路或直插式集成电路的过程中,该表笔能有效的防止相邻两个管脚之间发生短路。
本实新型的目的是这样实现的,把普通测量表笔端部的测量触头钻一个细孔,这样测量触头端部就成为空心的管状,被测电路的管脚可以插入该测量触头的细孔中。
由于该防滑测量表笔的测量触头端部有一个细孔,在测量时可以使被电路的管脚插入该表笔测量触头的细孔内,所以不会发生测滑,可以有效的防止相邻两个管脚之间发生短路,

具体实施方式
在图1中测量触头(2)伸出绝缘外壳(1)外2cm~3cm,内部与导线(4)连接,在测量触头(2)上钻一个细孔(3),此细孔(3)需要在测量触头的正中间,深度在6mm~8mm之间,内径在0.6mm~0.75mm之间,这个数值可使大多数集成电路的管脚能插入该细孔中,本实用新型的测量触头外部仍是圆锥形,所以即使有的管脚粗不能插入细孔,还是可以当作普通表笔一样进行测量。

1.一种仪器、仪表尤其是万用表上使用的防滑测量表笔,其特征是:在测量触头(2)上钻有一个细孔(3),该细孔(3)可使被测集成电路的管脚插入其中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑测量表笔,其特征是测量触头(2)上钻的细孔(3)的深度为6mm~8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防滑测量表笔,其特征是测量触头(2)上钻的细孔(3)的内径为0.6mm~0.75mm。
