本实用新型公开了一种扩张吸引器,其特征为:在管体中设有空心管腔,管体的一端为盲端,管体的另一端有两个连接管,其中一连接管与管体的通孔相连通,另一连接管与空心管腔相连通。本实用新型使用时可借助内窥镜或其它设备进行引导,将其送至患处,如胆总管、输尿管等指定部位,并将与空心管腔相连通的连接管与充气或充液设备进行连接,通过充气或充液进行扩张,与管体的通孔相连通的连接管连接负压设备进行吸引,将阻塞物吸出,本实用新型结构简单,既符合体内微创治疗的要求,又能达到去石、缓解梗阻的疗效,是一种较为理想的医疗器具。

本实用新型属于医疗器械的技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种可与内窥镜相配合,采用扩张用于人体腔内结石的吸引器。
背景技术:
目前在采用内窥镜或相应设备在进行结石引起的阻塞性病变治疗中,采用一种有效的器具,使它既符合体内微创的要求,又能达到去石、缓解梗阻的疗效,一直是医疗人员急需解决的问题,现有技术中在这方面还没有一种结构简单,亦有较好疗效的医疗器具。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扩张吸引器,它可临床使用时与内窥镜或相应设备配合,并通过充气或充液进行扩张,再通过连接负压设备进行吸引,将阻塞物吸出。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种扩张吸引器,它主要包括管体,设在管体中的通孔,其特征在于:在管体中设有空心管腔,管体的一端为盲端,管体的另一端有两个连接管,其中一连接管与管体的通孔相连通,另一连接管与空心管腔相连通。
本实用新型由于在管体设有空心管腔,在管体的另一端有两个连接管,其中一连接管与管体的通孔相连通,另一连接管与空心管腔相连通。使用时可借助内窥镜或其它设备进行引导,将其送至患处,如胆总管、输尿管等指定部位,并将与空心管腔相连通的连接管与充气或充液设备进行连接,通过充气或充液进行扩张,与管体的通孔相连通的连接管连接负压设备进行吸引,将阻塞物吸出,本实用新型结构简单,既符合体内微创治疗的要求,又能达到去石、缓解梗阻的疗效,是一种较为理想的医疗器具。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实用新型为一种扩张吸引器,它主要包括管体1,设在管体中的通孔4,它区别于现有技术在于:在管体1中设有空心管腔2,管体的一端为盲端,管体1的另一端有两个连接管3、5,其中一连接管3与管体的通孔4相连通,另一连接管5与空心管腔2相连通,与空心管腔相连通的连接管5可与充气或充液设备进行连接,通过充气或充液进行扩张,与管体的通孔相连通的连接管3连接负压设备进行吸引,实施中空心管腔2的盲端与囊袋6相连通并连为一体;管体空心管腔为空心圆形、空心椭圆形或空心类似圆形。是与充吸气或充吸液装置相连接的;管体空心管腔为空心圆形、空心椭圆形或空心类似圆形空心管腔,可以是空心圆柱体或空心椭圆柱体或其它类圆柱体,通孔设在管体的中央处,通孔为圆形、椭圆形或类似圆形;管体和空心管腔的内壁为具有一定韧性和坚硬度并可被扩张的囊状体,管体和空心管腔内壁的材料可选用符合医疗器械要求的有机材料或金属及有机物的合成体,在管体与连接管的连接处可设有接口,管体的两端大都为钝性封闭的环形盲端,靠近中央处设有通孔,该通孔可与外界相连通,在不充气、不充液或被吸气吸液后空心管腔可回缩成一紧贴管壁的薄层,其长度及充气、充液后的极限可根据需要进行定制。

1、一种扩张吸引器,它主要包括管体,设在管体中的通孔,其特征在于:在管体中设有空心管腔,管体的一端为盲端,管体的另一端有两个连接管,其中一连接管与管体的通孔相连通,另一连接管与空心管腔相连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种扩张吸引器,其特征在于:空心管腔的盲端与囊袋相连通并连为一体。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种扩张吸引器,其特征在于:管体空心管腔为空心圆形、空心椭圆形或空心类似圆形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种扩张吸引器,其特征在于:通孔设在管体的中央处,通孔为圆形、椭圆形或类似圆形。
5、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种扩张吸引器,其特征在于:管体和空心管腔的内壁为具有一定韧性和坚硬度并可被扩张的囊状体。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种扩张吸引器,其特征在于:在管体与连接管的连接处可设有接口。
