本实用新型涉及一种车辆反光镜支架,特别是一种车辆反光镜支架。
背景技术
目前大型或平头车辆由于驾驶员的座位及视角的关系,一般反光镜支架都比较长,反光镜也比较大较重,由于车辆在行驶中的抖动,而现有的支架一般采用圆管弯曲成型,强度较小,会造成反光镜的晃动,影响驾驶员的视线,引发行车安全问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中一些大型或平头车辆由于驾驶员的座位及视角的关系,一般反光镜支架都比较长,反光镜也比较大较重,由于车辆在行驶中的抖动,而现有的支架一般采用圆管弯曲成型,强度较小,会造成反光镜的晃动,影响驾驶员的视线,引发行车安全的问题。本实用新型技术方案设计车辆反光镜支架,其特征在于:支架由截面为多边形的管材弯曲构成,支架由截面为四角倒圆的矩形管材构成,管材截面外形的长宽之比为3——1.5∶1,矩形管材的截面为腰圆形,支架弯曲的截面中心线弯曲半径大于20毫米。本实用新型的优点是能使支架的强度满足在车辆在行驶中反光镜不晃动。

具体实施方式
图中支架1由截面为腰圆形的矩形管材2弯曲构成,管材截面外形的长宽之比为2∶1,支架1弯曲的截面中心线弯曲半径大于20毫米,将截面为矩形的管材2按照车辆的外形尺寸要求,弯曲成相关形状,由于截面为矩形的管材2强度较大,能满足在车辆在行驶中反光镜不晃动的要求。
