本实用新型涉及一种属于腿部肌群训练的体能训练鞋。
目前,世界体能训练器材多是室内固定式。比如跑步机,在原地踏步跑,只能增加腿部肌肉的耐力和肺活量,而达不到腿部肌肉的拉伸力和承重力增大的效果;另外,脚掌的蹬力也得不到应有的提高,而且它不具有实战性,对竞技现场的变化没有针对性。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种具有实战价值的训练鞋,它不仅可以在训练过程中适应竞技场所环境变化,还能使股四头肌、臀大肌、小腿三头肌等肌群在较短时间内迅速提高拉伸力和承重力,而且穿着使用方便安全。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,该体能训练鞋包括金属鞋底和高强度鞋帮及连接二者的铆钉和压条。金属鞋底以脚底运动时的状态为基本原则,从脚趾和脚掌结合部位,对金属鞋底做适度弯曲定型,且在鞋前部钻相应的孔,用螺栓与增减重量的金属前掌相连。根据受训者的需要,选择不同重量的金属前掌,由轻到重地更换,直至达到预期效果。
本实用新型由于采用了脚底运动状态的流线型弯曲定型金属鞋底,在训练时脚不至受伤;又由于金属前掌需要随时更换,所以能使受训者在较短时间内适应因增重对腿部各肌群形成的承受力。另外,为使该训练鞋经久耐用,采用了鞋底与鞋帮由铆钉连接技术,满足了在人体运动状态下,鞋底和鞋帮的协调一致。

图1是依据本实用新型提出的具体的体能训练鞋的主视图。
下面结合图1详细叙述依据本实用新型提出的体能训练鞋的细节及工作情况。
图1中,铆钉(3)把鞋帮(1)、压条(2)、金属鞋底(4)铆接在一起,形成体能训练鞋的主体部分。金属鞋底(4)用螺栓(6)分别连接并固定金属前掌(7)和金属鞋跟(5)。由于金属鞋底(4)已经弯曲成脚部运动状态,穿着无不适感。金属鞋跟(5)为空腹式,较之金属前掌(7)的实腹式而言,形成本体能训练鞋前重后轻的定势,大大提高了人体运动状态下的平衡度,达到安全的目的。
在使用本实用新型进行体能训练时,要根据受训者的体能适应程度更换不同重量的金属前掌(7),并检查每个螺栓(6)是否已拧紧。进入训练场地后,要由小幅度运动逐渐增为大幅度运动,切忌一开始就进入大幅度运动,以避免因不适应而产生的对脚及踝部的拉伤或扭伤。它是一款每位有志打破人类运动史纪录者之必须装备。
