背景技术
目前普遍使用的金属光栅盘,由一些指向圆心的均匀分布的呈扇形排列的线条组成。但当线条数为一个或数量较少时,或当由于码制要求线条实体较小而窗口较大或几条码道交替排列而造成这几条码道间的线条连接很小或不连接时,金属光栅盘的整体强度就非常差,给金属光栅电信号处理带来一定的困难。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种斜筋金属光栅盘,解决了现有技术当线条数为一个或数量较少时,或当由于码制要求线条实体较小而窗口较大或几条码道交替排列而造成这几条码道间的线条连接很小或不连接时,金属光栅盘的整体强度就非常差,给金属光栅电信号处理带来一定的困难等不足。本实用新型采取的具体技术方案是:金属光栅盘1上的透光区2里加斜筋3。
本实用新型的优点在于:金属光栅盘透光区内斜筋的加入不仅增强了金属光栅盘的整体强度,而且在保证光电信号损失最小的情况下,通光量始终是均匀的,在金属光栅盘加斜筋的透光区内光电信号始终保持一高电平,这样就避免了因加斜筋而对光电信号产生影响,在根源上避免了误码现象的产生。
