Description

通用管道电加热器
本实用新型加热器属于管道系统中采用的流体电加热器。传统流体电加热器的加热原理是:流体经管道输送,由电加热器容器的进口端进入装有管状电热元件的电加热器容器内,流体流经加热元件表面实现换热。换热后,流体从电加热器容器出口端流出。为了实现流体与管状电热元件的充分换热,传统流体电加热器的进口端和出口端必须充分分离,这样就带来结构复杂和安装施工困难的问题。
本实用新型加热器的任务是提供一种新型电加热器,它采用一种流体进口和出口置于同一方向的结构,使它既能满足传统电加热器的流体与加热元件充分换热的要求,又能使应用本加热器不需改变系统管道走向,具有结构紧凑,安装灵活的特点。并且,此结构可设计成通用系列。
以下结合附图说明本实用新型加热器的一个实施例子:附图1是该加热器的主视剖视图。其中(1)是容器底座,它将管道进口端(7)和出口端(8)用金属连体铸在同一方向上,流体由进口端进入容器(2),容器(2)中安装管状电加热元件(5),管状电加热元件(5)通电后,流体在容器(2)中经过充分热交换后从导流管(3)中流出。图中(4)为测温元件,它控制加热器出口端的流体温度,图中(6)为热保护测温控制器,它防止超温干烧。

Claims (2)

1.一种电加热器它主要由容器底座(1)、容器(2)、导流管(3)、电加热元件(5)组成,其特征是管道进口端(7)和出口端(8)用金属连体铸在同一轴向上。
2.按照权利要求所说的电加热器,其特征是在导流管(3)中安装有测温元件(4)。
