Abstract
一种具分组多用构造的拉力器,主要包含有一组以上的拉力器、踏板及可装配使用的握把、操作杆等;其中每一拉力器包括有外壳体、刹车装置、线轮及拉力索;藉由所提供的精巧结构的设计,搭配上握把与操作杆的互换使用,或是将拉力器单独使用,以能充分达到具有分开与组合不同方式使用的多用途运动状态,其不仅不占空间,同时可具体发挥极高使用效益的价值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具分组多用构造的拉力器,特别是利用具有可分开单独使用或变换组合的拉力器。
背景技术
一般常见的运动健身器材,是一种综合型运动健身器材,具有臂力、腰力与腿力等等的训练效果,其在各种训练拉持物的背缘适位,必定设置有复数块堆排状的金属重质块,以钢索线牵引衔接且由一根细梢选择适量块数插合,使运作当中能带动该数块金属重质块产生上下的位移动作,造成重力上的负担,达到运动健身的效果;使用者欲利用该等健身器材之前,不论其想作何种效能的训练运动,皆必须先到该健身器材的背缘设置重质块处,选择适合自己能力所能施力的重块数目,另行以插梢更换插组,才能由所设定的重量达到运动的功效,如此一来,必定要设置极多的金属重质块才能符合选择性的需求,但使用者却不一定使用全部的数量,使得许多重质块形同虚设浪费,对成本效益影极大,而使者用在选插组或重质块在运作上上下下时,不仅噪音颇大且极易发生重质块夹伤人物的情形,使该类型运动健身器材的效益价值大打折扣。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具分组多用构造的拉力器,藉由其可变换组装的结构设计,搭配上握把与操作杆的互换使用,以能达到多种运动状态的表现,其可不占空间。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种具分组多用构造的拉力器,包括:一组以上的拉力器、两踏板及一固位杆;其中拉力器的外壳体由内端向外延伸设有拉力索,该拉力索外端连接有握把,且该拉力器一侧设有握持部,以及在外壳体一处设有定位孔,一固位杆贯穿其间,上述固位杆同时穿接组装有踏板,藉由拉力器与踏板之间可以任意选配置换位置,以及能单独使用拉力器,进而达到可分开单独使用或变换组合。
为了便于进一步了解本实用新型的构造与功能,下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
图1和图2是本实用新型的立体与构造分解示意图,本实用新型的具多用分组构造的拉力器,主要包含有一组以上的拉力器、踏板2及可装配使用的握把6、操作杆7;其中每一拉力器包括有外壳体1、刹车装置3、线轮4及拉力索5,该外壳体1由两对半壳体构成,内部可供设置刹车装置3、线轮4及拉力索5,位于外壳体1一侧设有握持部12,一隅处设有定位孔11可供固位杆14贯穿而定位,位在外壳体1上方具有缺口13及出线口19,其中出线口19可供拉力索5伸出设置,缺口13供一压力钮15贯穿设置,该压力钮15尾段为螺纹段151,在压力钮15贯穿入缺口13内时,可由一补强块152补强此处的结构强度,而其螺纹段151则能与轴设于两活动支架16间的圆轴161螺合,藉由转动压力钮15可以调整两活动支架16的角度;于接近出线口19处的外壳体1上可供设有出线轮17及出线轴轮18,两者之间可供拉力索5经过并拉伸而出。
刹车装置3包含有摩擦轮31、刹车片32、控制把手33、齿杆34及定位块35,而刹车装置3为一组无段式调整负重机构,其以轴心杆9活动穿套设置于外壳体1中适当位置,该轴心杆9为贯穿有摩擦轮31及线轮4、齿轮44等构件,而在刹车装置3周缘轮上圈设刹车片32,此刹车片32一端为套接固定在外壳体1的出线轴轮18上,另端为设于活动支架16上,利用压力钮15的转动可由与压力钮15螺合的圆轴161带动活动支架16角位移,进而迫使刹车片32的拉紧或放松与摩擦轮31的摩擦程度(参图6所示),以随意调整摩擦力,使摩擦轮31动作产生相当的阻力负重,连带使线轮4产生负重状转动。
上述由轴心杆9所贯穿的线轮4其是具有棘轮42、扭转弹簧圈43及齿轮44,在线轮4外缘处可供设有拉力索5,而在线轮4一侧内缘轮环内可供设置扭转弹簧圈43,同侧处具有一齿轮44,于线轮4另侧轴心处所设的棘齿部41能与一棘轮42吻合啮接,棘轮42的轮轴上套设有一弹簧421;该齿轮44的轮缘为恰可与刹车装置3的齿杆34啮接。
该刹车装置3的齿杆34上套置一弹簧341,齿杆34一端贯穿外壳体1与控制把手33轴接,两者轴接处的控制把手33上形成一凸轮部331,利用扳动控制把手33时,由凸轮部331的动作可以拉动齿杆34作动,使齿杆34与固置于外壳体1上的定位块35啮合固定或是脱离啮合关系。
参见图4至图6,当调整压力钮15使刹车装置3的摩擦轮31动件产生相当的阻力负重时,连带使线轮4产生负重状转动,即拉力索5动作具有相当的负重现象,且该负重可由压力钮15随时无段式地调适,同时,固位杆14中轮环内的扭转弹簧圈43亦在运作时产生对应的弹力,亦可增加负重的效果,且在拉力索5失去拉持力量时,能由扭转弹簧圈43的反转弹力,使线轮4反向运转缩回拉力索5与活动支架16,但该反向动作因单向棘轮42具有单向传动、反向空转的特性,不会带动摩擦轮31转动亦无刹车片32摩擦的负重,且由扭转弹簧圈43的反转弹力,能使拉力索5与所连接的握把6回归原位,如此一来,整架健身器材的重力负担,皆由本实用新型的外壳体1中组件完成。而重力与回力多寡又可由压力钮15与刹车装置3采无段式的适度调整,绝无繁琐与不便或浪费的缺失情形,且在外壳体1中的动作。
参见图1及图3,藉由双脚伫位于踏板2上时,可以将拉力器定位,除了使用握把6作拉伸运动外,另可由拉力索5连接一操作杆7,该操作杆7在两侧各设有滚轮71,于滚轮71内侧枢设有钩轮72,可供拉力索5直接钩挂其孔内,利用双脚跪立于踏板2上,以双手推动操作杆7时,进而可拉伸拉力索5,达到伸展运动,而在操作杆7与拉力索5之间亦可以加装有延伸带8,以延伸使用的长度。
关于本实用新型的使用方式请参见图8和图9,其可供双脚站立于踏板2上,利用踏板2与拉加器之间同轴而设,可将拉力器定位,使双手握持于握把6上而拉伸拉力索5产生负重力;或是利用双膝压于踏板2上,推动与拉力索5所连结的操作杆7,以达到一种身躯舒展的运动效果;且本实用新型在使用上亦可单取拉加器使用,该拉力器利用拉力索5可以环扣于直柱上,手部可握持于外壳体1的握持部12处,如此同样可拉伸拉力索5而达到运动效果;故本实用新型在实际使用上相当多变,能充份符合使用者的需求。
Claims (3)
1、一种具分组多用构造的拉力器,其特征在于包括:一组以上的拉力器、两踏板及一固位杆;其中拉力器的外壳体由内端向外延伸设有拉力索,该拉力索外端连接有握把,且该拉力器一侧设有握持部,以及在外壳体一处设有定位孔,一固位杆贯穿其间,上述固位杆同时穿接组装有踏板。
2、如权利要求1所述的具分组多用构造的拉力器,其特征在于拉力索进一步连接一操作杆,该操作杆的两端分别设有滚轮,及位于滚轮内侧枢接有钩轮,其钩轮供拉力索勾挂。
3、如权利要求1所述的具分组多用构造的拉力器,其特征在于在拉力索与操作杆之间设有延伸带。
