背景技术：
目前，公知的灭鼠方式有鼠药和捕鼠夹两种。但是，在农村中许多农民不愿使用上述的两种方式灭鼠，因为被剧毒鼠药毒死的老鼠经常被猫、狗、猪等家畜误食，导致家畜中毒死亡，一些农村甚至出现猫、狗绝迹等现象。老鼠没有天敌的制约，更加猖獗，灭鼠效果不理想，灭畜效果却很灵。还有一些被毒死的老鼠，跑到一些隐蔽的角落，人们一时发现不了，时间稍长鼠尸就会腐烂，发出恶臭，极为污染环境。而且，剧毒鼠药对社会安定也构成很大危害。用捕鼠夹捕鼠效率低下，容易发生打伤使用者及其它畜禽等危险。而且，捕鼠夹上鼠血清洗麻烦，细菌滋生，极不卫生。
发明内容：
为了克服鼠药和捕鼠夹灭鼠效果差、污染环境、误伤家畜、危害社会安定等不足，本实用新型提供一种环保型捕鼠器，该环保型捕鼠器不仅能大量捕鼠，而且不会误伤家畜，操作无危险，不影响社会安定，不污染环境，无毒、无副作用，捕获的老鼠还可以作为肉食性饲料和优质农业肥料进行二次利用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
在一只塑料水桶上安装一具环保型捕鼠器，在老鼠出没的之地挖一个坑，将水桶坐入坑中，使桶沿稍高于地面，若是水泥地面，只需在桶沿上搭两块木条即可。捕鼠器是由四个连接扣将两个塑料半圆环组成的圆环状外沿。其内环坡面上插上薄钢片，外沿上放置一具转动轴构成。使用时，桶内盛1/2水，在转动轴平衡叶上缚上油条等浓香型诱饵，在桶周围撒少许饵料碎末，老鼠被饵料香味引诱来，将周围饵料吃掉后，自会沿转动轴到平衡叶处偷食饵料，这样轴体平衡将被破坏，产生转动，将老鼠翻入下部塑料桶内，掉入桶内的老鼠在顶部薄钢片的制约下，将无法逃脱，达到大量捕鼠，有益环保的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是：既可以大量捕鼠，又毫无副作用、无毒，不会误伤畜禽，操作无危险，不影响社会安全，捕获的老鼠可作优质肉食饲料和农业肥料，不会产生环境污染，且结构简单，容易操作，维修清洁，成本低廉，适用于任何环境捕鼠。

具体实施方式：
在图5所示实施例中，连接扣①将两个半圆环组合成一个圆环状外沿②，将薄钢片③插入外沿②的内环坡面上，将转动轴④放在外沿②上开设的凹槽内，组合成环保型捕鼠器，将环保型捕鼠器放在塑料桶⑤上，塑料桶⑤内装1/2高水⑥，在老鼠出没之处挖一个坑，将塑料水桶⑤埋入坑内，塑料桶⑤桶沿稍高于地面，在转动轴④的两片平衡叶上缚上浓香型诱饵，在桶周撒些碎饵料即可。

Claims (3)

1、一种环保型捕鼠器，安放诱饵，将老鼠捕获，其特征是：连接扣、半圆环组成外沿，其内环坡面上安插薄钢片，其上放置转动轴，共同构成环保型捕鼠器，将之放在装水的塑料桶上，在转动轴平衡叶上缚以诱饵，诱使老鼠到转动轴上偷食时，失去平衡掉入其下的塑料桶内，在薄钢片的制约下无法逃脱。
2、根据权利要求1所述的环保型捕鼠器，其特征是：外沿、连接扣、转动轴均为注塑件。
3、根据权利要求1所述的环保型捕鼠器，其特征是：转动轴两端转动部位为圆柱体，中段主体为半圆柱体，中段正中左右两边各有一片长方形平衡叶，呈斜对称分布。
