Abstract

多层粘弹性耗能器,它属于土木工程结构领域的耗能减振装置。它是由在两层外层钢板(1)之间连接着至少有两层钢芯板(2)和至少有三层粘弹性材料(4)所构成。在外层钢板(1)的一面中心线上固定着加劲肋钢板(3),在外层钢板(1)上没有固定加劲肋钢板(3)的一面与钢芯板(2)之间和钢芯板(2)与钢芯板(2)之间粘接着粘弹性材料(4)。粘弹性材料(4)的长度与加劲肋钢板(3)等长,其宽度与外层钢板(1)等宽。两层外钢板(1)之间的钢芯板(2)与粘弹性材料(4)的数量可以根据要求耗能力的大小适当增减,具有耗能能力强,外形尺寸小等优点,可用于土木工程结构,消耗外力能量。

多层粘弹性耗能器
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种振动控制装置,特别是土木工程结构领域的耗能减振装置。
背景技术:由于地震对土木工程结构造成巨大的破坏,给人类造成了不可估量的损失。为了达到减轻地震的破坏力,传统的土木工程结构抗震设计一般都采用通过结构构件的弹塑性变形来消耗或吸收地震能量。但是土木工程结构构件的弹塑性变形耗能不可避免地会对工程结构造成损伤,甚至不可修复的损伤。特别是近几年世界各地所发生的大地震(如1995年日本神户、1999年土耳其和台湾等)造成的工程结构严重破坏和重大财产损失,充分地暴露出抗震设计结构的缺陷。近年来,耗能减振技术在工程结构中设置被动耗能装置,消耗本来由结构构件消耗的地震能量,大大减轻了结构的变形和损伤,粘弹性耗能器因制作简单、安装方便,在工程结构的抗风、抗震设计中得到广泛的应用。但是,在大型土木工程结构特别是高层建筑结构中应用粘弹性时,往往要求耗能器的恢复力很大,这就要求粘弹性材料面积很大,势必要加大耗能器的平面尺寸,所带来的问题是一方面加大了加工难度,另一方面有可能影响工程结构的使用功能。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于改进现有粘弹性耗能器的结构,提出一种恢复力更大,结构紧凑的多层粘弹性耗能器。本实用新型是由在两层外层钢板1之间连接着至少有一层钢芯板2和至少有两层粘弹性材料4所构成。在外层钢板1的一面中心线上固定着加劲肋钢板3,而在外层钢板1上没有固定加劲肋钢板3的另一面与钢芯板2之间和钢芯板2与钢芯板2之间粘接着粘弹性材料4。在外层钢板1上和钢芯板2上远离粘弹性材料4的左右两边有螺栓连接孔7,且同一侧的各钢芯板2或各外层钢板1与钢芯板2上的螺栓连接孔7相对应并贯通。粘弹性材料4的长度与加劲肋钢板3等长,其宽度与外层钢板1等宽。本实用新型具有耗能能力强,在相同耗能能力条件下可减少耗能器外形尺寸等优点,可用于土木工程结构领域消耗外力能量。

具体实施方式:本实施方式是由外形钢板1,加劲肋钢板3、钢芯板2和粘弹性材料4所构成。在外形钢板1上面的中心线上固定着加劲肋钢板3,加劲肋钢板3上的端面6与外层钢板1的右侧端面5相齐。在外层钢板1的下面粘接着粘弹性材料4,粘弹性材料4的右端面8与外层钢板1的右端面5相齐,在粘弹性材料4的下面粘接着钢芯板2,钢芯板2的左端面9与粘弹性材料左端面10相齐。如此反复在钢芯板2的下面粘接着粘弹性材料4,粘弹性材料4的下面又粘接着钢芯板2,且钢芯板2的右端面11与粘弹性材料4的右端面8相齐。根据设计要求耗能力的大小,来选择组合钢芯板2与粘弹性材料4的数量。最后再将外层钢板1与上边外层钢板1相对应粘接在粘弹性材料4上。在多层粘弹性耗能器左右两边的螺栓孔7上下相对应并保持贯通,便于往土木工程构件上连接。

1、一种多层粘弹性耗能器,其特征在于它是由在两层外层钢板(1)之间连接着至少有一层钢芯板(2)和至少有两层粘弹性材料(4)所构成,在外层钢板(1)的一面中心线上固定着加劲肋钢板(3),而在外层钢板(1)上没有固定加劲肋钢板(3)的另一面与钢芯板(2)之间和钢芯板(2)与钢芯板(2)之间粘接着粘弹性材料(4)。
