Abstract

一种人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头。包括一个股骨头和一个股骨柄，股骨柄上有插进股骨髓腔内的股骨柄干和与股骨头内孔配合的股骨颈基部，股骨头上有与髋臼相配合的外球面和与股骨柄的股骨颈基部相配合的内孔，其特征是股骨柄的股骨颈基部与股骨头的内孔的固定配合处有一中间垫件。本实用新型兼有单动股骨头和双动股骨头各自的优点，即一方面股骨颈具有可调性，以适应不同个体的要求，另一方面避免聚乙烯内衬的磨屑诱发假体松动等问题。

本实用新型涉及人工髋关节置换术用的一种股骨头。
背景技术
随着社会人口的老龄化，高龄人群中股骨颈骨折的发病率逐年上升，早期进行人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者的重要手段。
目前，通常使用的人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头假体，其结构一般由一个股骨头假体和一个股骨柄假体组成，股骨头假体有双动头和单动头两种类型，其中单动头的外表面是与髋臼相配合的半球面，其赤道面有内孔与股骨颈基部紧配合，股骨柄有插进股骨髓腔内的柄干和与股骨头内孔嵌合的股骨颈基部。
由于股骨颈的长度因人而异，而单动股骨头如要调节股骨颈长度，术前需准备几十个股骨头假体，一种外径必须配套M种孔深的股骨头，那么N种外径则须N×M种规格，无论是厂家，医院，术者都意味着面临库存增加，成本高，工作量大的问题。
双动股骨头的结构一般通过小球头内孔深度的不同来匹配松紧度，以求达到正常的关节功能活动。尽管双动头假体具有可调节颈长的优点，但术后会产生大球头活动不灵，继而演变为小球头单独活动的临床表现，此时，小球头单位压强大大增加，内衬磨损因而加剧，由此而产生的磨屑增多，造成异物反应，引起假体松动。
发明内容
为了使股骨头假体的设计兼有单动头和双动头各自的优点，即一方面股骨颈应具有可调性，以适应不同个体的要求，另一方面应避免聚乙烯内衬的磨屑诱发假体松动，本实用新型提供一种改进的人工髋关节置换术用的可调颈的单动股骨头，可同时满足以上两方面的要求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头，包括一个股骨头和一个股骨柄，股骨柄上有插进股骨髓腔内的股骨柄干和与股骨头内孔配合的股骨颈基部，股骨头上有与髋臼相配合的外球面和与股骨柄的股骨颈基部相配合的内孔，其特征是股骨柄的股骨颈基部与股骨头的内孔的固定配合处有一中间垫件。
上述中间垫件为了使用方便，一般可连接在股骨柄的股骨颈基部上，成为基部的一个可调换的延伸部分，具体结构可以是一个片件或一个套筒等形式。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于股骨颈是通过一个中间垫件来调整其长度，一是避免双动股骨头外球头不灵活而成单动的临床表现；二是避免聚乙烯磨屑的产生；三是避免单动股骨头不可调颈的弱点。

参照图1，本人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头，包括一个股骨头(1)和一个股骨柄(2)，股骨柄(2)上有插进股骨髓腔内的柄干(3)和与股骨头(1)内孔(6)配合的股骨颈基部(4)，股骨头(1)上有与髋臼相配合的外球面(5)和与股骨柄(2)的股骨颈基部(4)配合的内孔(6)，其特征是股骨柄(2)的股骨颈基部(4)与股骨头(1)的内孔(6)的固定配合处有一中间垫件(7)。另外，中间垫件(7)是一个套筒，其外表面用于与股骨头(1)的内孔(6)配合，其内孔(8)用于与股骨柄(2)的股骨颈基部(4)配合；一个人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头可以配套有多个中间垫件(7)，不同的中间垫件(7)的外部尺寸都相同，其差别是其内孔(8)深度不同，不同孔深的中间垫件(7)与股骨颈基部(4)配合后，可以达到股骨颈基部(4)长度可变，以适应股骨颈长度不同的人使用。上述的配合应该是紧配合。
参照图2，本人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头，其基本结构与图1的股骨头相同，其不同是其中间垫件(9)为一个片件，中间垫件(9)连接在股骨柄(10)的股骨颈基部(11)上，成为股骨颈基部(11)的一个可换的延伸部分。参照图3，中间垫件(9)与股骨柄(10)的股骨颈基部(11)的连接，可以通过中间垫件(9)底面的凸起部位(12)配合在股骨颈基部(11)顶面的下凹部位(13)上。参照图4，中间垫件(9)与股骨柄(10)的股骨颈基部(11)的连接，可以通过中间垫件(9)底面的内凹部位(14)配合在股骨颈基部(11)顶面的凸起部位(15)上。一个人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头可以配套有同一结构的多个中间垫件(9)，多个中间垫件(9)之间的差别在于其厚度不同，不同厚度的中间垫件(9)与股骨柄(10)的股骨颈基部连接后，可构成不同股骨颈长度的人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头。

Claims (6)

1、一种人工髋关节置换术用的股骨头，包括一个股骨头和一个股骨柄，股骨柄上有插进股骨髓腔内的股骨柄干和与股骨头内孔配合的股骨颈基部，股骨头上有与髋臼相配合的外球面和与股骨柄的股骨颈基部相配合的内孔，其特征是股骨柄的股骨颈基部与股骨头的内孔的固定配合处有一中间垫件。
2、按权利要求1所述的股骨头，其特征是所述中间垫件连接在股骨柄的股骨颈基部上，成为基部的一个可调换的延伸部分。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的股骨头，其特征是所述中间垫件为一个片件或一个套筒。
4、按权利要求3所述的股骨头，其特征是所述中间垫件是一个套筒，其外表面与股骨头的内孔配合，其内孔与股骨柄的股骨颈基部配合。
5、按权利要求3所述的股骨头，其特征是所述中间垫件是一个片件，中间垫件与股骨柄的股骨颈基部的连接，是通过中间垫件底面的凸起部位配合在股骨颈基部顶面的下凹部位上。
6、按权利要求3所述的股骨头，其特征是所述中间垫件是一个片件，中间垫件与股骨柄的股骨颈基部的连接，是通过中间垫件底面的内凹部位配合在股骨颈基部顶面的凸起部位上。
