Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种太阳能发电控制装置,由DC/DC电路、蓄电池组、控制及保护电源、单片机系统、工作方式设定系统和DC/AC电路组成,高压直流电经DC/DC电路后进入蓄电池组,控制及保护系统电源由蓄电池组提供,单片机和时序控制电路分别连接全控DC/DC电路、控制及保护电源和DC/AC电路,对蓄电池组进行充放电管理及容量监测并通过光柱显示,同时对DC/AC电路进行逆变控制和保护输出交流电,本实用新型能转换提供大功率的交流电,并安全、可靠、稳定的自动化的工作,且有效的提高了蓄电池的使用寿命,满足偏远地区、农村、牧区及旅游地区的生活和生产用电。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能发电技术领域,具体的说是涉及到一种太阳能发电控制装置。
背景技术
太阳能是一种清洁的、取之不尽的可再生的能源资源,对环境也不会造成污染,大力推广和利用太阳能光电技术和产品是一种长远的、经济的环保投资。现在我国还有很多地区处于缺电状态,这些地区离电网较远,用电分散,并网发电难度很大特别是在旅游地区、边远地区生活照明用电也比较困难。而利用太阳能发电技术解决这一问题是最佳方案。目前市场上也有很多的太阳能发电控制装置,但都是小功率的太阳能发电控制装置,只能为照明、听广播、看电视提供能源,无法满足可持续发展的生产用电要求已经不能满足市场的需求。本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全、可靠、能自动控制的大功率太阳能发电控制装置。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下结构:一种太阳能发电控制装置,由全控DC/DC电路、蓄电池组、控制单元及保护系统电源、单片机充放电管理及容量监测系统、工作方式设定系统和控制单元及保护系统电源、DC/AC转换电路组成,其特点是:高压直流电输入经全控DC/DC电路进入蓄电池组,控制单元及保护系统电源由蓄电池组提供,经变换后提供给控制及保护系统,单片机和时序控制电路分别连接全控DC/DC电路、控制单元及保护系统电源及DC/AC转换电路对蓄电池组进行充放电及容量监测控制,工作方式设定系统通过单片机调节控制DC/AC转换电路输出交流电。所述的
单片机充放电及监测控制参数通过显示器显示。
本实用新型在电路上采用单片机和时序控制电路使操作者可以预先进行程序设定,如在一周内每天定时开关机的工作程序,时时监测蓄电池的充放电流和容量,保护蓄电池,经单片机对蓄电池电压及充放电的电流信号处理给出电池容量,它根据不同的充放电流、电压和历史记录来科学的判定蓄电池的容量,并通过光柱显示其容量和执行工作指令,保护电路具有防止任何负载短路、蓄电池极性反接短路和系统内部短路以及霹雷保护的保护功能,本实用新型可人为通过工作方式设定系统来设置供电方式,使供电更加可靠方便,实现自动化智能型工作。
由于采用了上述单片机控制电路结构,使得本实用新型能够将太阳能电池板发出的直流电转换为大功率的交流电,能满足常规电网不能解决的偏远地区及旅游地区的生活和工业用电,不产生环境污染,所具有的保护系统和控制电路能安全、可靠、稳定的自动化的工作,而单片机对蓄电池进行的监控和保护则有效的提高了蓄电池的使用寿命,适合在没有电网的偏远地区、农村、牧区及旅游地区推广应用。

实施方式
从图1一图3可看出本实用新型的具体结构原理,其中图1显示的是原理简图,一种太阳能发电控制装置,由全控DC/DC电路、蓄电池组、控制单元及保护系统电源、单片机充放电管理及容量监测系统、工作方式设定系统和控制单元及保护系统电源、DC/AC转换电路组成,太阳能电池板发出的高压直流电经全控DC/DC高压阵列电路后进入蓄电池组,控制单元及保护系统电源由蓄电池组提供,经变换后提供给控制及保护系统,单片机和时序控制电路分别连接全控DC/DC电路、控制单元及保护系统电源及DC/AC转换电路,对蓄电池组进行充放电及容量监测控制并通过光柱显示,同时对DC/AC转换电路进行逆变控制和保护,工作方式设定系统通过人工设定程序使单片机调节控制DC/AC转换电路输出220伏或380伏的交流电。单片机充放电及监测控制参数通过液晶显示器显示。图3显示的是本实用新型主控制电路的电路图,其中的A区为霹雷保护;B区为反接保护;C区为蓄电池充电控制;D区为反接保护及逆变;F区变压及滤波,而图2则显示的是各区的控制联系框图。
Claims (2)
1.一种太阳能发电控制装置,由全控DC/DC电路、蓄电池组、控制单元及保护系统电源、单片机充放电管理及容量监测系统、工作方式设定系统和控制单元及保护系统电源、DC/AC转换电路组成,其特征在于:高压直流电输入经全控DC/DC电路进入蓄电池组,控制单元及保护系统电源由蓄电池组提供,经变换后提供给控制及保护系统,单片机和时序控制电路分别连接全控DC/DC电路、控制单元及保护系统电源及DC/AC转换电路对蓄电池组进行充放电及容量监测控制,工作方式设定系统通过单片机调节控制DC/AC转换电路输出交流电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能发电控制装置,其特征在于:所述的单片机充放电及容量监测控制的各种参数可以通过显示器显示。
