技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水产养殖以及水处理用的蹼轮式增氧机上的水轮叶片,特别是一种蝶形流线型叶片。
背景技术
现有技术中,传统的蹼轮式增氧机,俗称水车式增氧机,由浮体连接支承架支承所有的构件,电动机经减速后带动叶轮旋转,沉入水中的叶片在旋转的作用下便能将池水扬起与大气中的空气混合进行补充氧气和排放废气,此类的增氧机由于水轮是由一多边形框架式构件及直立的叶片所构成,无疑大大增加了水轮在水中的磨擦阻力,以及抛扬水的效率极低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术中所存在的缺陷,提供一种蝶形流线型叶片。
本实用新型采用了下列技术方案解决了其技术问题:一种蝶形流线型叶片,其叶片面呈一端宽、一端窄的弯弧状蝶片形,该叶片外弧面上置有向外突出的凸棱以及由外弧面通透内弧面的通槽。
本实用新型根据流体力学设计,其弯弧状蝶片形提高了推动水流以及扬水效率,叶片中的通槽出水的过程中将水破碎成无数小水滴并抛扬至空中,迅速增加水面与大气间的气体交换,小水滴吸收氧气并排出废气,使富含氧气的水在叶片的推动下达到最挂的环流和交换。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图以及实施例来对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4,本实用新型所述的叶片的叶面呈一端宽、一端窄的弯弧状蝶片形,该叶片外弧面1上置有向外突出的凸棱2以及由外弧面1通透内弧面3的通槽4。该凸棱2和通槽4的排布为两条凸棱2之间置有一条凹槽4。
叶片的窄端的中部开有一与水轮6安装端形状相吻合的缺口5,该缺口5的两侧置有可与水轮6固定相连的固定片7。
参照图5、图6、图7,本实用新型安装在水轮6上时,非常方便容易,只需将叶片上的缺口5对准水轮6安装端上的缺口并插入,然后将螺杆螺母安装在固定片7的孔内并拧紧即可。

1、一种蝶形流线型叶片,其特征在于:叶片面呈一端宽、一端窄的弯弧状蝶片形,该叶片外弧面上置有向外突出的凸棱以及由外弧面通透内弧面的通槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种蝶形流线型叶片,其特征在于:叶片的窄端的中部开有一与水轮安装端形状相吻合的缺口,该缺口的两侧置有可与水轮固定相连的固定片。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种蝶形流线型叶片,其特征在于:叶片外弧面上凸棱和通槽的排布为两条凸棱之间置有一条通槽。
