背景技术:
目前国内所使用的金属材质的隔爆型照明灯具,其隔爆面主要采用平面式或止口式的隔爆结构,平面式的隔爆结构由于平面接合面的间隙不容易控制,很难达到防爆要求;止口接合面的灯具开启插拔易损伤隔爆面,减少灯具的使用寿命。
发明内容:
鉴于上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种防爆效果好且开启不损伤隔爆面的隔爆型照明灯具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它包括由上体和下体构成的金属外壳以及玻璃透明罩,其特征是:金属外壳的上体和下体两者接合面呈圆锥形;金属外壳的上体和下体通过环形螺纹压圈紧固,使之达到防爆参数的要求。
本实用新型由于采用了圆锥形隔爆面,使之能够保证隔爆间隙的参数,通过环形螺纹压圈紧固金属外壳的上体和下体,大大提高防爆效果,上体和下体的开合十分方便,而且不损伤隔爆面,有利于延长灯具的使用寿命。
