Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种节能灯上使用的新型辅助汞齐,主要用于帮助灯管起跳,并加速光通量的建立。
背景技术
在节能灯制造中为了克服温升光衰而采用汞齐替代液泵,可以提高光效,消除泵害、保护环境,但仅用汞齐替代液泵,有些高温型汞齐会给灯管带来起动困难的问题,为此,必须在灯丝附近加辅助汞齐,帮助灯管起跳并加速光通量建立。辅助汞齐在灯管老炼之前其本身并不含有汞原子,仅是一片涂有3~4μm铟膜的不锈钢片,只有等到灯管老炼之后,铟吸取了一定的汞原子后才形成铟汞合金作为辅助汞齐。
辅助汞齐的工作原理是:冷却(熄灯时)状态吸收汞原子,加热(灯管起跳时)状态放出汞原子。因此,对辅助汞齐的要求是:①表面有铟涂层能吸一放汞原子。②基材有良好的点焊性能。③有效表面积(即涂附铟层的面积)要大。④热容量要小。辅助汞齐的化学反应如下:
目前辅助汞齐的结构都是在不锈钢带上轧出菱形的孔或滚化,再涂铟层,这样可防止铟流失,减少热容量。
技术方案
本实用新型的目的是设计一种新型辅助汞齐,增加铟层的实际有效表面积,并进一步减少热容量。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方案来实现的:本实用新型是由金属丝编织而成的布或网,其上涂附铟层,金属丝为不锈钢丝、镍丝等。
本实用新型的效果及积极意义:
由于单根不锈钢丝的外表面均能涂附铟层,这样在同样几何面积的辅助汞齐上,铟层的有效面积远大于目前传统型的轧孔结构,约为传统型的2倍,这样更有利于吸汞、放汞,及加速光通量的建立,热容量也较轧孔结构小。此外,本实用新型表面的铟层也不易流失,延长使用寿命。

具体实施例
本实用新型是用金属丝1编织成布或网,其上涂附铟层,在制灯工艺中将之剪切成2×7mm2片状,点焊在灯丝附近的内导丝上。当灯丝预热时,辅助汞齐即可升温放汞,使灯管内的汞原子立即达到较高的数量,从而对灯管的起跳起到“助推”作用。
