Abstract

一种易缩瓶，有瓶体(1)、瓶盖(2)，瓶盖(2)在瓶体(1)顶部。瓶体(1)壳体外表面为螺旋波纹管形瓶体，自上而下通过一组正交螺旋线槽(4)，交叉成凸棱(3)形网状。当正反方向拧绞空瓶时，该瓶很容易被扭缩，特别是再拧紧瓶盖，瓶体更不易回弹。该瓶广泛适用于饮料等液体包装，符合环保新要求。

本实用新型涉及用塑料制成的可压缩瓶，具体地说涉及一种采用扭缩方式的压缩瓶。
背景技术
目前，市场上塑料制作的液体包装容器，款式、花样繁多，用过之后的回收处理过程中，由于材料的弹性恢复，(特别是瓶口封闭情况下)，不易压缩。中国专利ZL90100488中公开了一种可压缩瓶，该瓶在其高度的主要部分为具有相应波纹管的波纹状或折叠部分，靠另设的开口容器构成锁定装置来实现瓶体压缩。具有构造复杂、成本高，使用也不太方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型目的是提供一种易缩瓶，它不仅结构简单、成本低，而且容易压缩、使用方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种易缩瓶，有瓶体、瓶盖，瓶盖在瓶体顶部。瓶体壳体外表面为螺旋波纹管瓶体自上而下通过一组正交螺旋线，交叉成凸棱型网状。当正反方向拧绞空瓶时，该瓶很容易被扭缩，特别是再拧紧瓶盖，瓶体更不易回弹。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在瓶体部分采用一定深度的一组正交螺旋线，交叉成凸棱形波纹管状，瓶体非常容易被拧缩定型，结构简单，成本低。该瓶广泛适用于饮料等液体包装，符合环保新要求。
