Abstract

本实用新型涉及钻石油地球物理勘探井的套管式冲击钻具。它在钻流沙、砾石井段的钻杆(1)和钻头(3)所形成的腔里下入钻具2和气动潜孔锤4,钻杆(1)的内壁与钻具之间构成环腔循环通道;地面钻具上装气龙头(5)和气龙带(6),压缩空气从气龙带注入,经气龙头(5)、钻具(2)、潜孔锤(4),由井底经环腔通道把震击下来的岩屑送到地面。本气动冲击钻具,在高压气流冲击下震击岩石,能钻穿岩石井段,后续投放炸药可顺利投下,获取准确地震资料。

套管式冲击钻具
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及钻石油地球物理勘探井的套管式冲击钻具。
(二)背景技术:
石油地球物理勘探井一般比较浅,只有几十米。目前,对待流沙砾石井段,所采用的是空气或反循环钻具,应用该钻具钻出的井眼能顺利投放炸药,获取地震工作的一切资料。但采用该钻具不适用于钻岩石井段,所钻出的井眼不能顺利投放炸药,既使投下也投不到位,因而影响地震资料的准确性。
(三)实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中存在的问题,而提供一种也适合钻岩石井段的套管式冲击钻具。
本实用新型解决其问题可通过如下技术方案来达到:在由钻流沙、砾石井段的钻杆、钻头所形成的内腔里由井口下入有气动潜孔锤的钻具。
在上述方案中,是在钻流沙、砾石钻杆内腔里下入气动冲击钻具能震击岩石井段达到预井深,而后起出冲击钻具,投放炸药,再起出外层钻具,可达到设计目的。
本实用新型与上述背景技术相比较可具有如下有益效果:当钻至岩石井段时,由于岩石的硬度大,下入本气动冲击钻具,岩石在气动潜孔锤强烈冲击震动下被破碎钻穿,提高了钻井速度,同时钻出井眼的直径大于钻头的直径,可顺利投放炸药。

由附图所示,在钻流沙、砾石井段的钻杆1、钻头3所形成的内腔由井口下入有气动潜孔锤4的钻具2。
在上述方案中,钻杆1的内壁与钻具2之间形成循环环腔;地面钻具上装气龙头5和气龙带6;压缩空气从气龙带注入,经气龙头5、钻具2、气动潜孔锤4,再从环腔通道把震击下来的岩屑送到地面。

1、一种涉及钻石油地球物理勘探井的套管式冲击钻具,是在钻流沙、砾石井段的钻杆(1)、钻头(3)所形成的内腔里构成的,其特征在于:在该内腔里由井口下入有气动潜孔锤(4)的钻具(2)。
