本实用新型属于建筑工程施工中的植筋产品,具体涉及的是一种机械贯入式锚拉筋。
                        背景技术
传统的植筋方式实现将需植筋的基层上钻孔,然后对孔洞中的浮渣和粉尘进行处理,一般用丙酮清洗;接着在孔洞中填满建筑结构胶,再在清洁后的钢筋表面涂相同的胶结材料,紧接着将钢筋插入孔洞中,植筋后需有专人值守至胶结材料固化为止,常温下通常需12-48小时。此方法应严格控制植筋深度,同时对孔洞清理、孔洞干燥性、胶结材料放置时间及植筋后的保护都有要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种机械贯入式锚拉筋,以克服现有植筋存在的问题。
本实用新型的机械贯入式锚拉筋包括将被植筋的钢筋,钢筋的一端为扩大头,扩大头的一端的钢筋上设螺纹,螺母与通过螺纹与钢筋连接,在螺母与扩大头之间的钢筋上设有套筒。该机械贯入式锚拉筋可实现机械化生产,植筋速度快,操作简单,方便质量可靠。

                     具体实施方式
如附图所示,钢筋3的一端为扩大头1,钢筋上3设螺纹2,螺母5通过螺纹2与钢筋3连接,螺母5与扩大头1之间的钢筋3上设有套筒4,套筒4靠近钢筋扩大头的一端开设槽6。
机械贯入式锚拉筋的植筋步骤如下:
1、钻孔,一般情况下钻孔孔径为钢筋直径d+2mm,钻孔深度为12d;
2、孔洞处理,用试管刷将孔洞内的浮渣及粉尘清扫出来即可。
3、植筋,孔洞清洁处理完毕后,将机械贯入式锚拉筋含套筒段插入孔洞内,使钢筋的扩大头塞入孔洞最深处,在外用扭力扳手逐渐扭紧螺母,在扭紧螺母时,要保持钢筋的扩大头塞入孔洞最深处,钢筋的扩大头将套筒涨开拔紧洞壁,直至达到预定扭力值为止。
4、质量检验,检验植筋的抗拔力,以钢筋在承受设计极限荷载的情况下钢筋未发生屈服、拉断和植筋未被拔出为基准。

1、一种机械贯入式锚拉筋,它包括将被植筋的钢筋,其特征在于钢筋的一端为扩大头,扩大头的一端的钢筋上设螺纹,螺母与通过螺纹与钢筋连接,在螺母与扩大头之间的钢筋上设有套筒。
2、如权利要求1所述的机械贯入式锚拉筋,其特征在于套筒靠钢筋扩大头的一端开设槽。
