本实用新型交锁髓内钉涉及的是一种髓内钉杆表面具有减压平面的交锁髓内钉,属医疗器械中的骨科内固定器械。
背景技术
目前,髓内钉的形状、规格有多种,其中有些髓内钉钉杆外侧面没有设置减压结构,髓内钉安装(植入)在骨折病人的骨髓腔内后,骨髓髓血流动不畅,影响骨折部分的愈合。另外、目前髓收购价钉还存在远端定位困难问题,定位杆端面顶在骨髓内钉的圆柱表面,极易滑移,髓内钉的轴心位置不易调整,有的甚至无法控制,造成手术时远端两锁定螺钉难以安装。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述不足之处提供一种新颖的交锁髓内钉,在交锁髓内钉钉杆外侧面设置有减压平面,髓内钉植入骨折病人骨髓腔后,骨髓髓血流动畅通,加快骨折部分愈合,另外便于交锁髓内钉安装器械安装定位,安装器械的定位杆顶在减压平面上,定位稳定可靠,定位精度高,便于远端锁定螺钉安装。
交锁髓内钉是采取以下方案实现的:交锁髓内钉结构包括髓内钉杆、近端锁定螺钉孔、远端锁定螺钉孔、减压平面,在髓内钉杆近端设有近端锁定螺钉孔,远端设有远端锁定螺钉孔,在髓内钉杆表面设置有减压平面,在髓内钉表面设有一条以上的减压平面,减压平面为长条形,可以从髓内钉杆近端直至髓内钉杆远端。在髓内钉杆近端设置有锁紧螺杆定位螺孔、连接套定位槽,便于交锁髓内钉安装器械的锁紧螺杆将交锁髓内钉定位固定安装稳定。
交锁髓内钉由于在髓内钉杆外侧面设置有减压平面,当髓内钉植入骨折病人骨髓腔内后,骨髓髓血流动畅通,可以加快骨折部分的愈合、康复,减少病人的痛苦。由于在髓内钉钉杆外侧面设置有减压平面,使交锁髓内钉安装器械稳定杆前端顶靠在减压平面上,由于减压平面较长,便于调整,定位位置不会产生滑移现象,定位作用稳定可靠,定位精度高,便于调整控制交锁髓内钉的轴向、径向位置,手术时远端锁定螺钉安装方便,避免因手术安装器械的定位误差而使手术发生困难。本实用新型交锁髓内钉可以包括股骨、交锁髓内钉、肱骨交锁髓内钉、胫骨交锁髓内钉等髓内钉。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2、3,交锁髓内钉实施例胫骨、肱骨交锁髓内钉具有髓内钉杆1,在髓内钉杆近端设有锁定螺孔2,并设有锁紧螺杆定位螺孔、连接套定位槽4。在髓内钉杆远端设有远端锁定螺孔5,在髓内钉杆1表面设置有减压平面3。在髓内钉表面设有一条以上的长条形减压平面3,可以从髓内钉杆1近端直至髓内钉杆1的远端。可在髓内钉杆表面采用锉、刨、铣、冲压等方式加工形成长条形减压平面。
参见附图4、5、6,交锁髓内钉实施例股骨交锁髓内钉具有髓内钉杆6,在髓内钉杆近端设有锁定螺钉孔7、8,并设有锁紧螺杆定位螺孔、连接套定位槽10。在髓内钉杆远端设有远端锁定螺钉孔9,在髓内钉杆6表面设有减压平面11。在髓内钉表面设有一条以上长条形的减压平面12,可以从髓内钉杆6近端直至髓内钉杆6的远端,可在髓内钉杆6表面采用锉、刨、铣、冲压等方式加工形成长条形减压平面。
参照附图7,交锁髓内钉安装使用时,先将交锁髓内钉安装器械的瞄准器14、瞄准架18安装在导杆12前部,再将导杆装置在手柄20上部,根据骨折病人所需植入交锁髓内钉长度调整好导杆伸出手柄长度,采用压紧器21、压紧螺母22压紧固定在手柄20上部,将交锁髓内钉15植入骨折病人骨髓腔内,将装置在远端瞄准架18上的稳定杆24前端部顶靠在交锁髓内钉15表面的减压平面19上,将髓内钉远端锁住定位,定位稳定可靠、定位精度高,再通过瞄准器瞄准远端交锁髓内钉孔相对位置,通过远端瞄准器内套管13在皮、骨上打孔,装入远端锁定螺钉。近端锁定螺钉安装可通过手柄20上近端瞄准孔17一次性在皮、骨上打孔后进行安装。

1、一种交锁髓内钉,具有髓内钉杆,在髓内钉杆近端设有近端锁定螺钉孔,远端设有远端锁定螺钉孔,其特征在于髓内钉杆表面设置有减压平面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的交锁髓内钉,其特征在于髓内钉杆表面设有一条以上减压平面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的交锁髓内钉,其特征在于减压平面可从髓内钉杆近端直至髓内钉杆远端。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的交锁髓内钉,其特征在于减压平面呈长条形。
5、根据权利要求1所述的交锁髓内钉,其特征在于在髓内钉杆近端设置有锁紧螺杆定位螺孔、连接套定位槽。
