本实用新型涉及一种阀门，包括阀杆，阀体，手轮，阀瓣，阀盖，挡圈，阀杆与阀瓣螺纹相联，阀瓣外表面与阀盖内腔几何规则相配，阀杆上还设有O形密封圈，密封填料及压紧螺母。本实用新型结构简捷合理，操作方便，温控效果及密封性好，手感轻，是一种理想的温控手动调节阀。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀门，尤其涉及一种可调节温度的温控手动调节阀。
二、背景技术
温控手动调节阀是一种节能产品，可广泛应用于散热器、供暖小锅炉、地板采暖等场合调节温度，但现有温控手动调节阀大多通过旋转手轮，推动阀杆旋转向前调节流量，以达到温控目的，因而存在工作时行程长，一般为0-8毫米，行程慢，手感重，温控效果不理想等问题。且由于阀杆旋转向前，易造成O形密封圈磨损，磨损后易产生外泄，造成能源浪费。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种温控效果及密封性好，手感轻的温控手动调节阀。
本实用新型为一种温控手动调节阀，包括阀杆，阀体，手轮，阀杆安装于阀体与手轮相连通的空腔内并通过螺钉与手轮紧固相联。阀杆通过螺纹与阀瓣活动相联，阀瓣外表面呈六角形，与固定于阀体上的阀盖六角形内腔相配合，阀杆上还分别设有O形密封圈、密封填料及压紧螺母，阀杆与阀瓣相联螺纹螺距可设为2.5-3mm。阀盖与阀杆之间设有挡圈，手轮底端上刻有控制阀瓣行程的刻度，手轮顶端设有盖子。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，其优点在于：
(1)工作时，阀杆只作旋转运动，推动阀瓣向前运动，同时由于阀瓣六角形外表面与固定于阀体上的阀盖六角形内腔相配合，因而阀瓣向前运动时只作直线移动，不会旋转，温控效果好。
(2)阀杆与阀瓣相关螺纹螺距大，为2.5-3mm，从而移动时，阀瓣大行程移动，行程快，手感轻。
(3)由于阀杆只作旋转运动，阀杆上的O形密封圈亦只作旋转运动，不易磨损。同时增设了耐高温性好的密封填料，密封效果更佳。
(4)挡圈的作用在于固定阀杆，使阀杆旋转时只能在圆周旋转。而压紧螺母的作用在于压紧密封填料。盖子的设置增加了整体美观。

五、具体实施方式
本实用新型为一种温控手动调节阀，包括阀杆2，阀体11，手轮4，阀杆2安装于阀体11与手轮4相连通的空腔内并通过螺钉10与手轮4紧固相联。阀杆2通过螺纹与阀瓣1活动相联，阀瓣1外表面呈六角形，与固定于阀体11上的阀盖3六角形内腔相配合。阀杆2上还分别设有O形密封圈7、密封填料8及压紧螺母9，阀杆2与阀瓣1相联螺纹螺距可设为2.5mm-3mm。阀盖3与阀杆2之间设有挡圈6，手轮4底端上刻有控制阀瓣1行程的刻度，手轮4顶端设有盖子5。
工作时，如阀瓣1处于关闭状态，只须旋转手轮4，带动阀杆2旋动，从而使阀瓣1移动，调节暖气流量以达到所需温控效果。而需关闭时，只须顺时针旋转手轮4到底即可，如此周而复始工作。
当然，本实用新型所要求保护的范围不仅仅限于以上实施例所述范围。阀瓣外表面与阀盖内腔不仅仅限于六角形相配合，只是要几何规则形状相配合，使阀瓣与阀盖之间不易旋转，此皆属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (2)

1、一种温控手动调节阀，包括阀杆(2)，阀体(11)，手轮(4)，阀杆(2)安装于阀体(11)与手轮(4)相连通的空腔内并通过螺钉(10)与手轮(4)紧固相联。其特征在于阀杆(2)通过螺纹与阀瓣(1)活动相联，阀瓣(1)外表面呈六角形，与固定于阀体(11)上的阀盖(3)六角形内腔相配合，阀杆(2)上还分别设有O形密封圈(7)、密封填料(8)及压紧螺母(9)，阀杆(2)与阀瓣(1)相联螺纹螺距可设为2.5mm-3mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种温控手动调节阀，其特征在于所述阀盖(3)与阀杆(2)之间设有挡圈(6)，手轮(4)底端上刻有控制阀瓣(1)行程的刻度，手轮(4)顶端设有盖子(5)。
