Abstract

一种电动牙刷设有电动机11和将电动机的旋转运动转变成牙刷头21的回转摆动的机械连接装置。该机械连接装置包括由电动机驱动旋转的转轴12上的倾斜外周凸缘16。随动件17被限制在平行于牙刷纵轴A的平面内作前后往复运动。在使用中，随动件由凸缘16驱动作前后往复运动。随动件刚性连接在牙刷头驱动轴20上，牙刷头驱动轴20在牙刷头13的回转轴一侧与牙刷头13以枢轴方式连接。

本实用新型涉及一种电动牙刷。
背景技术
牙刷头装有牙刷毛并由刷柄内电动机驱动的电动牙刷为人所熟知，并已得到广泛的应用。所述电动机可由也装在刷柄内的电池供电，或由使用点附近的电源插座供电。牙刷头由电动机驱动回转和/或摆动，以便增强牙刷清洁牙齿的功用。为了让牙刷头摆动，在已知技术中有包括齿轮的各种机械连接装置，这些装置用来将电动机的旋转运动转变成牙刷头的摆动。但这些机械连接装置结构复杂，不太可靠，并且非常昂贵。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的之一是克服或至少减少上述问题。
本实用新型的一个方面是提供一种电动牙刷，该电动牙刷带有细长刷柄，刷柄内的电动机，连在电动机转子上并绕牙刷纵轴旋转的转轴，装在牙刷杆的远端并可绕正交于所述纵轴的轴线回转的牙刷头，其中，所述牙刷头上的牙刷毛沿大体上与所述纵轴正交的方向从所述牙刷头延伸，所述驱动轴设有倾斜的外周导轨，该电动牙刷还设有一个只能在平行于所述纵轴并位于所述导轨的相对一侧的平面内滑动的随动件，以及一个刚性连接在所述随动件上并在刷杆内大致沿所述纵轴延伸的牙刷头驱动轴，该牙刷头驱动轴的远端在所述正交轴的一侧与牙刷头相连，因此，当转轴旋转时，随动件因与导轨的机械接合而平行于纵轴作前后往复运动，从而使得牙刷头作回转摆动。
可对该随动件作用一个沿纵轴朝向牙刷头的弹性偏压力。
随动件可刚性连接在一个轴套上，其中，所述轴套可转动地安装在所述转轴的前端，并刚性连接在牙刷头驱动轴上。
所述牙刷头驱动轴可沿所述纵轴延伸并形成一个偏离纵轴的曲柄远端。
所述导轨包括一个安装在转轴上的凸缘，该凸缘也可与所述转轴一体形成。
牙刷可设置机械地连接在一起的两个或更多的牙刷头，从而，当牙刷头驱动轴前后移动时，所有的牙刷头都作摆动。

具体实施方式
参考插图，在图1和图2中，牙刷设有细长刷柄10，刷柄内的电动机11以及可绕纵轴A旋转并连接在电动机上的转轴12。牙刷头13装在牙刷杆14的远端并可绕正交于纵轴A的轴线回转。牙刷毛15装在牙刷头13上。
转轴12设有外周凸缘16形式的倾斜导轨。与外周凸缘16机械连接的随动件17被滑槽18限制在平行于纵轴的平面内滑动，随动件17装在转轴12的相对于凸缘16的一侧。随动件17与轴套19整体形成，轴套19装在转轴12的一端，相互之间可转动和滑动。轴套19与牙刷头驱动轴20刚性连接，牙刷头驱动轴20在牙刷杆14内延伸至曲柄端21。曲柄端21与牙刷头13以枢轴方式连接在回转轴一侧的某个位置。
当启动电动机使转轴12旋转起来，由于凸缘是倾斜的，随动件17平行于纵轴做前后往复运动，并推动牙刷头驱动轴20做前后往复运动，从而使得牙刷头13作回转摆动。
在图3中可以很清楚地看到各个机械部件。注意到柱销22与凸缘16的一侧接触，同时也处于滑槽18(图1和图2)中，如上所述，限制了随动件17在平行于纵轴的路径上的运动。柱销23与凸缘16的另一侧接触。当转轴12旋转时，柱销22和23一起使得随动件17前后移动。
可以看出，可以去掉柱销22和23中的一个，不过剩下的柱销要装在滑槽18中，并且随动件17要受弹性偏压力，以便让所述剩下的柱销总是和凸缘16的正确一侧保持滑动接触。也可以使用其他的方法使得随动件17前后移动。比如说，可让随动件的一侧在刷柄10内表面上一体形成的凹槽中滑动。
在所介绍的实施例中，外周凸缘16设有称为“导轨”的与随动件17机械连接(通过柱销)的部分。凸缘可经整体制作或由平垫经机加工或“折弯”而形成，从而形成所需的倾斜外周导轨。
也可通过在转轴12上的凸起部分或增大部分上设置外周凹槽而形成倾斜导轨。在这种情况下，在随动件17上设置一个伸出的指状物、销或类似物伸入所述凹槽内。从而在使用中所述指状物促使随动件17按上面所述方式前后移动。
在图3的分开的部件中，大多数或全部都可以通过塑模技术整体形成，不过牙刷头驱动轴20最好还是由金属制成。因此，这些部件成本低廉，装配容易。所以该机械连接也显得相对简单，该牙刷的功用也显得可靠，连接效率也提高，所需运转能量也减小，并且在运转中，该连接产生的噪音也小。
在图4和图5中，牙刷的延伸牙刷杆24可转动地支承着另一个装有牙刷毛26的牙刷头25。驱动连杆27刚性连接在牙刷头21上或与牙刷头21整体模制而成，驱动连杆27松散地插在凹腔28中，凹腔28的形状可让驱动连杆27相对于牙刷头25作摆动。当牙刷头驱动轴20摆动牙刷头21时，驱动连杆27使得牙刷头25也作回转摆动。因此，使用一根牙刷头驱动轴，就可形成一个双头牙刷。
可将牙刷以端对端、侧对侧或排成一行的方式设置三个或更多的牙刷头，并将这些牙刷头机械地“连接”在一起并由单根牙刷头驱动轴摆动。
需要注意的是，牙刷头25的回转轴线倾斜了一定的角度，在所述实施例中为10°。这就使得牙刷毛15和26协同起来以更为方便或合适的方式对牙齿进行清洁。即使是这样，连杆27也一样地能很好地将牙刷头21的摆动传递给牙刷头25。
可以得出，如同以上所述，牙刷上能可转动地安装两个或多个机械地连接在一起的牙刷头，其中，可使用与本说明书中的驱动方式不同的驱动方式使牙刷头21作摆动。

Claims (10)

1.一种电动牙刷，所述电动牙刷设有细长刷柄，刷柄内的电动机，连在电动机转子上并绕牙刷纵轴旋转的转轴，装在牙刷杆的远端并可绕正交于所述纵轴的轴线回转的牙刷头，其中，所述牙刷头上的牙刷毛沿大体上与所述纵轴正交的方向从所述牙刷头延伸，所述转轴设有倾斜的外周导轨，所述电动牙刷还设有一个被限制在平行于所述纵轴并位于与所述导轨相对一侧的平面内滑动的随动件，以及一个刚性连接在所述随动件上并大致沿所述纵轴在刷杆内延伸的牙刷头驱动轴，所述牙刷头驱动轴的远端在所述正交轴的一侧与所述牙刷头相连，因此，当所述转轴旋转时，所述随动件因与所述导轨的机械接合而平行于所述纵轴作前后往复运动，从而使得所述牙刷头作回转摆动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述随动件受到朝向所述牙刷头并沿所述纵轴的弹性偏压力。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述随动件刚性连接在一个轴套上，所述轴套可转动地安装在所述转轴的前端，而并与所述牙刷头驱动轴刚性相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述牙刷头驱动轴沿所述纵轴延伸并形成偏离所述纵轴的曲柄远端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述导轨包括安装在转轴上的凸缘。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述凸缘与所述转轴整体形成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷，所述牙刷在其刷杆上所述牙刷头之外的位置还可转动地装有第二牙刷头，所述牙刷还设有将两个牙刷头连在一起的能作摆动的驱动连杆，当所述牙刷头摆动时，所述驱动连杆摆动所述第二牙刷头。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述第二牙刷头可绕与所述牙刷头的横向轴成一定倾斜角度的轴回转。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，所述电动牙刷可转动地安装两个或多个牙刷头，并设有摆动所述牙刷头之一的机械驱动装置以及将此牙刷头与其他牙刷头连接在一起并使得这些其他牙刷头摆动的机械连杆。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电动牙刷，其特征在于，每个所述连杆都刚性地固定在所述的一个牙刷头上，并且以销轴方式连接在另一个牙刷头上。
