本实用新型的目的是提供一种蔬菜均等切成沙拉条的刀具，满足人们日常生活的需要。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。在ABS材质的框架内圆上，装有交叉、在内圆均分布的直刀，将相应的土豆、萝卜等蔬菜清洗后，置于平面板上，将切刀刃部对准蔬菜，从正上方向下压，就能很简单将蔬菜均匀切成沙拉条。
由于采用上述方案，可以很方便的将所需土豆、萝卜等蔬菜切成沙拉条，本装置造型独特，结构简单。
附图是本实用新型的结构示意图。
图中：1.主体框架；2.切刀。图中主体框架1内圆边均布交叉刀的安装位置，切刀2在圆中点交叉，交叉空呈菱形，交叉刀两端热压在主体框架1的内圆上，直刀为单边刃。

1、蔬菜沙拉刀，在主体框架的内圆上，交叉直刀均匀分布，其特征是：交叉刀空呈菱形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜沙拉刀，其特征是交叉直刀两端热压在主体框架内圆上。
