本实用新型涉及一种光纤固定件,特别是涉及一单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件。
背景技术
光纤现有的固定方法是将光纤套在保护套内,再把保护套套在座子里。无专门的紧固件将保护套夹紧固定,因此,易引起光纤滑动,从而损伤其它连接点,使光纤固定不牢固。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用方便,能将光纤固定牢固的单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件。
本实用新型单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件包括基座、与基座相配合的镶件,设置在基座与镶件连接面上的光纤保护套,以及连接固定基座与镶件的螺钉。为防止装配时基座与镶件滑动错位,最好在基座上设置凹槽,使镶件相嵌在凹槽内。光纤保护套嵌在基座与镶件连接面上。
本实用新型单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件的工作原理是,使用时,先将光纤套在光纤保护套内,把套有光纤的光纤保护套放置在基座上,将镶件放置在基座上并与其配合,同时压住光纤保护套,最后用螺钉将基座与镶件连接固定。
本实用新型单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件的优点在于结构简单,不需复杂的加工手段来加工零件,使用光纤保护套可减少光纤在受外力拉动时对光纤产生的损伤,装配时镶件压紧光纤保护套,迫使保护套变形,由此夹紧光纤,使光纤被外力拉动时,不产生轴向滑动,防止光纤与器件的连接点受损,装配也十分方便,适用于大批量生产。

1、一种单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件,包括座子及光纤保护套,其特征在于座子由基座及与基座相配合的镶件组成,光纤保护套设置基座与镶件的连接面上,基座与镶件通过螺钉连接固定。
2、如权利要求1所述的单纤双向SFP光收发模块光纤固定件,其特征在于基座上有凹槽,光纤保护套设置在凹槽底面,镶件与基座上的凹槽配合。
