一种太阳能平板集热器高真空度玻璃盖板,它由四周封闭的双层钢化玻璃,两层钢化玻璃之间空隙由垫块垫起,并抽真空,钢化玻璃内表面可涂有低反射涂层。该钢化玻璃可提高承压能力,含铁量低,透光率达90%以上,提高热效率;强度高、耐冲击、承压能力大,损坏不成块断开;双层中间高真空窄缝,增强隔热性,减少了对流、传导热损失,提高热效率。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能平板集热器的面板。
现有的太阳能平板集热器集热面板,是单层普通平面玻璃或蜂窝状PC阳光板,因此国内平板集热器存在以下缺点:1、普通玻璃含铁多,透光率差(小于85%),热效率低;2、普通玻璃强度差,承压、耐冲击能力差;3、单层玻璃散热快,热效率低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种太阳能平板集热器高真空度玻璃盖板,提高承压能力,增强隔热性,减少对流、传导热损失,提高热效率。
本实用新型的技术方案:太阳能平板集热器高真空度玻璃盖板,其特征在于:它由四周封闭的双层钢化玻璃,两层钢化玻璃之间空隙由垫块垫起,并抽真空。
上述钢化玻璃内表面涂有低反射涂层。
本实用新型的优点:太阳能平板集热器高真空度玻璃盖板含铁量低,透光率达90%以上,提高热效率;钢化玻璃强度高、耐冲击、承压能力大,损坏不成块断开;双层中间高真空窄缝,隔热性好,减少了对流、传导热损失,提高热效率。

实施例如图所示:太阳能平板集热器高真空度玻璃盖板,双层钢化玻璃1由边缝焊剂层2将四周封闭,两层钢化玻璃之间空隙由垫块3垫起,垫块之间的间距为4cm左右,两层钢化玻璃之间空隙抽真空;为降低反射性,在钢化玻璃内表面涂有低反射涂层4,钢化玻璃厚3mm左右。
