Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种便于贮存和携带的药垫，该药垫包括基带、药粉和覆盖膜层；在基带上放有药粉固定格，在药粉固定格内放有药粉，在药粉固定格的相对基带另一面上设有覆盖膜层；本实用新型的药粉在移动中不易集聚成堆、且可通过所设的水分阻隔层减少液体稀释剂挥发、延长药效时间。

技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗保健用品，尤其是涉及一种便于贮存、携带的药垫。
背景技术
目前应用于临床的药膏分为三种使用形式，即橡皮膏、油剂膏和水剂膏药垫。橡皮膏是将中药或西药粉混合于粘结剂中，然后将含药的粘结剂涂覆于基布上。但这种橡皮膏由于掺入的药量少，致使药力不强、作用时间短。油剂膏药在使用前需加热软化，使用十分不便，且极易污染衣物。水剂膏药极易霉变，其存放时间短，因而不便贮存和携带。
中国专利93218325.5就是针对上述三种药膏所存在的缺点，而提供的一种在使用前将药粉和稀释剂分开的一种药垫。这种药垫包括基带、胶粘剂层、多孔药粉吸附层、覆膜层；其中以富有弹性的织物作基带，将压敏胶粘合剂涂于基带内表面上，形成一胶粘剂层，使多孔吸附层牢固地粘贴在基带上。将药粉均匀地撒入多孔吸附层的微孔中，再将覆盖膜层盖在多孔吸附层上，再在覆盖膜层周边涂有压敏胶粘合剂，再将覆盖膜层与多孔吸附层的不含药物的周边粘合在一起，最后在覆盖膜层的外表面盖上一层镀铝尼龙、不透气和水的薄膜或金属膜、塑料膜。上述的这种药垫与皮肤直接接触的是由天然强物制成的覆盖膜层，其透气性好，又不引起皮肤过敏，更不会污染衣物。吸附层内的所含的药粉是经过干燥后均匀撒在多孔吸附层中，封装在药垫内，因此药物不会挥发，不易霉变，可长期保存，携带极为方便。但这种药垫的不足之处是药粉撒入多孔吸附层时，药垫在运输使用过程中，由于振动药粉极易齐集于一处，从而影响使用效果。另这种药垫在使用时，需将稀释剂均匀地涂于覆盖膜层的表层上，稀释剂透过该覆盖膜层的表面渗透到药贴的吸附层中，再将覆盖膜层放于患处使用；这样药垫在使用时液体状的稀释剂易于挥发，从而影响药效。
本实用新型的公开
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种药垫内的药粉在移动中不易集聚成堆、且可减少液体稀释剂挥发、延长药效时间的便于贮存和携带的药垫。
本实用新型的目的可通过如下措施来实现：
一种便于贮存和携带的药垫，该药垫包括基带、药粉和覆盖膜层；在基带上放有药粉固定格，在药粉固定格内放有药粉，在药粉固定格的相对基带另一面上设有覆盖膜层。
本实用新型的目的还可通过如下措施来实现：
一种便于贮存和携带的药垫是在所述的基带与药粉固定格之间还可设有水份阻隔层。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：
1、本实用新型的覆盖膜层为一种透水性好的材料，其透气性也好，患者皮肤直接接触覆盖膜层不会引起皮肤过敏等副作用，也不污染衣物，药粉固定在药粉固定格中，因而药粉不易因振动而集聚；另药粉封装在药垫内，药物不会挥发损失，不易霉变，可长期贮存，携带方便。
2、本实用新型在药垫的基带与药粉固定格之间增加了一层水份阻隔层，可防止使用时因稀释剂的水份挥发而导致药物的有效成份的挥发，增强了保湿性，并延长了用药时间。
3、本实用新型的水份阻隔层可以防止水分挥发。

参照图1，为本实用新型实施例一结构示意图。该药垫包括基带1、药粉6和覆盖膜层3；在基带1上通过粘胶固定有药粉固定格4，在基带1与药粉固定格4之间设有水份阻隔层2；在药粉固定格4内放有药粉6，在药粉固定格4的相对基带1另一面上通过粘胶固定有覆盖膜层3。另在覆盖膜层3的另一面还设有覆合膜5。所用的基带1采用纺织布料或纸制品，如棉布、无纺布、纸。所述的药粉固定格4可用无纺布、泡沫塑料等。所述的覆盖膜层3采用棉布或无纺布等透水性好的材料。所述的水份阻隔层2采用无毒保湿性好的材料，例如乳胶、聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜。所述的覆合膜5可采用镀铝尼龙、金属铝薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜中的一种。
本实用新型实施例二的药垫的基本结构与例一同，所不同的是水份阻隔层2与基带1为一体，水份阻隔层2是基带1粘胶内的一种成份，如天然橡胶，水份阻隔层2与基带1的复合体成为一种不透水材料。
Claims (3)
1、一种便于贮存和携带的药垫，该药垫包括基带(1)、药粉(6)和覆盖膜层(3)；其特征在于在基带(1)上放有药粉固定格(4)，在药粉固定格(4)内放有药粉(6)，在药粉固定格(4)的相对基带(1)另一面上设有覆盖膜层(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的便于贮存和携带的药垫，其特征在于在所述的基带(1)与药粉固定格(4)之间设有水份阻隔层(2)。
3、如权利要求1所述的便于贮存和携带的药垫，其特征在于在覆盖膜层(3)的另一面还可设有覆合膜(5)。
