Abstract

一种低烟无卤阻燃轨道交通信号电缆,由缆芯和外保护层组成,缆芯由绝缘单线、对线组、四线组绞合单元组成,在绞合单元中设置有用于传输音频信号的铜带屏蔽线组,在外保护层中设置有铜带屏蔽层。本实用新型通过绞合单元屏蔽和缆芯屏蔽实现了同缆传输控制信号和音频信号,互不干扰,降低了系统成本,提高了可靠性。

一.技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种铁路信号电缆,特别是用于地铁、轻轨铁路的信号电缆。
二.背景技术:目前,用于地铁、轻轨信号系统的电缆有用于传输控制信号的电缆和用于传输音频信号的电缆,这两种电缆采用了低烟无卤阻燃结构,但均不具有同缆传输控制信号和音频信号的能力。
三.发明内容:本实用新型解决的技术问题是,上述电缆用同一种电缆不能实现同缆传输控制信号和音频信号的问题。本实用新型的技术方案是:本信号电缆采用了低烟无卤阻燃结构,由缆芯和外保护层组成,其缆芯由绝缘单线、对线组、四线组绞合单元组成,在绞合单元中设置有用于音频信号传输的铜带屏蔽线组单元,在外保护层中设置有铜带屏蔽层。通过上述对绞合单元和缆芯的同时屏蔽,实现了音频信号和控制信号同缆传输,互不干扰,降低了系统成本,提高了系统可靠性。
四.附图说明:图1为本实用新型缆芯结构示意图。图2为本实用新型电缆结构示意图。
五.实施方式:根据图1,本实用新型缆芯由四线组a和对线组b组成,其中设置有用于音频信号传输的铜带屏蔽对线组c。根据图2,本实用新型电缆结构由内向外依次为缆芯1和由电缆包带2、铜带屏蔽层3、内垫层4、钢带铠装层5、外护套6组成的外保护层。

1.一种低烟无卤阻燃轨道信号电缆,由缆芯和外保护层组成,缆芯由绝缘单线、对线组、四线组绞合单元组成,其特征在于:在绞合单元中设置有用于音频信号传输的铜带屏蔽线组,在外保护层中设置有铜带屏蔽层。
