Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种鱼塘增氧机,本实用新型由浮箱和潜水泵构成,其潜水泵固定在浮箱的下端,其特点是:在浮箱的上部设置有进气管,在浮箱侧面设置由出水管;上述浮箱内设置有混合室,混合室同时与潜水泵的出水、进气管和出水管相通。本实用新型无运动件,不会产生机械故障,经久耐用,不会对鱼产生损伤,并在同等功率下,本实用新型的增氧量和使用面积等项指标是现有增氧机的2-3倍。本实用新型采用渔民现有QY和QSD型潜水泵为动力,使得本实用新型一机多用,使用方便灵活,可在鱼塘中自由移动。

本实用新型属于一种渔业机械,具体的讲是一种鱼塘增氧机。
                         背景技术
随着渔业养殖集约化的发展,鱼塘用增氧机需求量不断增加,而现有增氧机的增氧方式不外乎两种,一种靠机械转动,搅动水使水产生对流而达到增氧目的;另一种是直接的空气压入水中从而达到增氧目的。而以上两种方式虽然能增氧,但还是存在以下缺陷:第一种方式机械转动增氧,功耗大、增氧量小、容易对鱼类产生损伤;第二种方式鱼塘水无法运动,增养面积小,达不到实际效果。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种采用利用水泵抽出和水形成负压,把空气中氧气充分溶于水,直接射入水中,并在几十米范围内加强了鱼塘水的流动速度,达到增氧效果的鱼塘增氧机,以克服上述的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型由浮箱和潜水泵构成,其潜水泵固定在浮箱的下端,其特点是:在浮箱的上部设置有进气管,在浮箱侧面设置有出水管;
上述浮箱内设置有混合室,混合室同时与潜水泵的出水、进气管和出水管相通。
本实用新型由于采用水外空气给鱼塘增氧,使得本实用新型无运动件,不会产生机械故障,经久耐用,不会对鱼产生损伤,并在同等功率下,本实用新型的增氧量和使用面积等项指标是现有增氧机的2-3倍。本实用新型采用渔民现有QY和QSD型潜水泵为动力,使得本实用新型一机多用,使用方便灵活,可在鱼塘中自由移动。

                        具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型。
本实用新型与浮箱1连接的潜水泵4将鱼塘中的水通过进水管6到达混合室5,并通过出水管3重新流入鱼塘中,由于水在混合室5中的流动,使得混合室5内产生负压,水塘外的空气通过进气管2进入混合室5并与混合室5内的水被同时通过出水管3排入鱼塘中,已达到本实用新型的目的。

1、一种鱼塘增氧机,由浮箱(1)和潜水泵(4)构成,其潜水泵(4)固定在浮箱(1)的下端,其特征在于:在浮箱(1)的上部设置有进气管(2),在浮箱(1)侧面设置有出水管(3)。
2、依据权利要求1所述的鱼塘增氧机,其特征在于:浮箱(1)内设置有混合室(5),混合室(5)同时与潜水泵(4)的出水、进气管(2)和出水管(3)相通。
