Abstract

本实用新型邮电通讯用塑料多孔管及直型接头,在多孔管的外圆上设有二条定位直槽,在多孔管直型接头内圆上设有二条定位凸轨。多孔管与直型接头联接时,两根多孔管分别从多孔管直型接头的两端套入多孔管直接接头内圆内,同时多孔管的直槽套入多孔管直型接头的凸轨,使多孔管无法转动,并提高了联接的紧密度。多孔管的断面内格结构设计成轮辐式或蜂窝式的,既可提高抗压强度,又可使护套与子管在多孔管内集为一体。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料管及直型接头,特别是一种邮电通讯用高强度塑料多孔管及直型接头。
现有公知的邮电通讯用塑料多孔管及直型接头,多孔管的外圆和直型接头的内圆都是整圆的,联接时易转动和松动,不能径向定位,影响了其使用性能,且塑料管断面结构为栅格式等,抗压性能还不够好。
本实用新型的目的提出一种联接时可径向定位,不易松动的邮电通讯用塑料多孔管及直型接头,且多孔管的抗压强度高。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,在多孔管的外圆上设有二条定位直槽,在多孔管直型接头内圆上设有二条定位凸轨。多孔管与直型接头联接时,两根多孔管分别从多孔管直接接头的两端套入多孔管直型接头内圆内,同时多孔管直槽分别套入多孔管直型接头的定位凸轨,完成两根多孔管的联接,使多孔管无法转动,提高了联接的紧密度。多孔管的断面内格结构设计成轮辐式或蜂窝式的,既可提高抗压强度,又可使护套与子管在多孔管内集为一体。
本实用新型具有多孔管和多孔管直型接头联接时可径向定位,不易松动,多孔管抗压强度高,断面内格结构合理等优点。

根据图1、图2、图3、图4,本实用新型的一种实施例为:塑料制成的多孔管(1)的断面内格结构为轮辐式或蜂窝式的,外圆上设有二条定位直槽(2),多孔管直型接头(3)内圆上设有二条定位凸轨(4),中间有一隔离环(5)。多孔管(1)与多孔管直型接头(3)联接时,两根多孔管(1)分别从多孔管直型接头(3)的两端套入多孔直型型接头(3)的内圆,同时多孔管(1)的直槽(2)套入多孔管直型接头(3)的凸轨(4),既可完成两根多孔管(1)的联接,并使多孔管(1)径向定位,不易松动。

1、一种邮电通讯用高强度塑料多孔管及直型接头,其特征是多孔管(1)的外圆上有二条定位直槽(2),多孔管(1)的断面内格结构为轮辐式或蜂窝式。
2、根据权利要求1所述的邮电通讯用高强度塑料多孔管直型接头,其特征是多孔管直型接头(3)内圆上有二条定位凸轨(4)。
