Abstract

一种激光打印文稿加黑机,包括一个机体、卷动机构和驱动机构,机体上设置有一个纸张输入口和一个输出口,卷动机构和驱动机构设置在机体内,在机体内、卷动机构的下方设置有一个碳粉加黑处理槽,在碳粉加黑处理槽中,放置已有技术中的用于碳粉加黑的溶剂,卷动机构包括上下两滚轴,上下两滚轴的两端分别设置在两个侧板上的轴孔中,两个侧板机体固定,卷动机构与驱动机构连接,描图纸放置在纸张输入口处,驱动机构带动上下两滚轴动,纸张卷入机体内,因为下滚轴的一部分浸渍于碳粉加黑处理槽内,会使溶剂随著下滚轴的转动,使纸张能与碳粉加黑溶剂相接触,该溶剂针对覆盖碳粉的图文进行溶解加黑,已加黑的描图纸再从纸张输出口处输出,加黑后的描图纸张就可直接作为底片,送去作制版印刷。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种印刷机械,特别是一种激光打印文稿加黑机。
背景技术:
现有技术中的制版印刷过程中,需要将排版好的图文制成底片,但是由激光打印机打印出的图文,会因为打印介质碳粉的质量而黑色的深度不足,以致无法制版印刷。现有技术中因此采用了专用的电脑底片输出机,用以将排版好的图文制成底片。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:由于现有技术中的制版印刷过程中,需要将排版好的图文制成底片,但是由激光打印机打印出的图文,会因为打印介质碳粉的质量而黑色的深度不足,以致无法制版印刷。现有技术中因此采用了专用的电脑底片输出机,用以将排版好的图文制成底片。但是一台电脑底片输出机的价格非常昂贵,而且如果是大型印刷厂,为应付大量的印刷订单,必然要要购置多台的电脑底片输出机,才能应付大量的底片制作,在成本上成为一大负担。本实用新型为解决已有技术中的上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种激光打印文稿加黑机,所述的这种激光打印加黑机包括一个机体、卷动机构和驱动机构,其中,所述的机体上设置有一个纸张输入口和一个输出口,所述的卷动机构和驱动机构设置在所述的机体内,在机体内、所述的卷动机构的下方设置有一个碳粉加黑处理槽,在所述的碳粉加黑处理槽中,放置已有技术中的用于碳粉加黑的溶剂,所述的碳粉加黑处理槽上还可以连接有一个添加槽,所述的添加槽的一端设置在机体的外侧,以方便使用者填充溶剂,所述的卷动机构包括有上下两滚轴,其中上滚轴采用软性材质,下滚轴采用刚性材质,所述的上下两滚轴的两端分别设置在两个侧板上的轴孔中,所述的两个侧板可通过螺栓与机体固定,所述的下滚轴的一部份浸置于所述的碳粉加黑处理槽内,所述的卷动机构与所述的驱动机构连接,所述的驱动机构包括一个电动机、一个主动齿轮和一个从动齿轮,所述的电动机驱动所述的主动齿轮,所述的主动齿轮带动所述的从动齿轮,所述的主动齿轮和所述的从动齿轮的转动方向相反,所述的主动齿轮和所述的从动齿轮分别各自与所述的卷动机构中的上下两个滚轴中的一个滚轴固定连接,驱动机构工作时,纸张可从上下两滚轴间滚动通过,并由所述的碳粉加黑处理槽中的溶剂进行加黑处理,所述的机体包括前壳体和后壳体,所述的两个壳体通过螺栓固定在一起,所述纸张输入口的设置在所述的前壳体上,所述的纸张输出口设置在所述的后壳体上,在所述的机体上可以设置电源开关。本实用新型的工作过程为:当在电脑设备上做好排版图文后,就可以激光打印的方式将排版好之图文打印在描图纸上,然后,将所述的描图纸送入本实用新型的激光打印文稿加黑机中,将所述的描图纸放置在纸张输入口处,并启动电源开关,驱动机构带动上下两滚轴动,此时,两滚轴将位于纸张输入口处的纸张卷入机体内,因为下滚轴的一部分浸渍于碳粉加黑处理槽内,会使溶剂随著下滚轴的转动,使纸张能与已有技术中的碳粉加黑溶剂相接触,该溶剂针对覆盖碳粉的图文进行溶解加黑,最后,已加黑的描图纸再从纸张输出口处输出,加黑后的描图纸张就可直接作为底片,送去作制版印刷。本实用新型和已有技术相对照,因为在卷动机构的下方设置了碳粉加黑处理槽,所以可以利用已有技术中的碳粉加黑溶剂直接将描图纸上的图文均匀加黑,解决了传统手工加黑操作中的不均匀问题,节省了底片费用和其它辅助设备的支出,同时该激光打印加黑机操作简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示,一种激光打印文稿加黑机,所述的这种激光打印加黑机包括一个机体1、卷动机构2和驱动机构3,其中,所述的机体1上设置有一个纸张输入口111和一个输出口121,所述的卷动机构2和驱动机构3设置在所述的机体1内,在机体1内、所述的卷动机构2的下方设置有一个碳粉加黑处理槽4,在所述的碳粉加黑处理槽4中,放置已有技术中的用于碳粉加黑的溶剂,所述的碳粉加黑处理槽4上还可以连接有一个添加槽41,所述的添加槽41的一端设置在机体1的外侧,以方便使用者填充溶剂,所述的卷动机构2包括有上滚轴21和下滚轴22,其中上滚轴21采用软性材质,下滚轴22采用刚性材质,所述的上下两滚轴的两端分别设置在两个侧板23上的轴孔中,所述的两个侧板23可通过螺栓24与机体1固定,所述的下滚轴22的一部份浸置于所述的碳粉加黑处理槽4内,所述的卷动机构2与所述的驱动机构3连接,所述的驱动机构3包括一个电动机、一个主动齿轮25和一个从动齿轮26,所述的电动机驱动所述的主动齿轮25,所述的主动齿轮25带动所述的从动齿轮26,所述的主动齿轮25和所述的从动齿轮26的转动方向相反,所述的主动齿轮25和所述的从动齿轮26分别各自与所述的卷动机构2中的上下两个滚轴中的一个滚轴固定连接,驱动机构3工作时,纸张可从上下两滚轴间滚动通过,并由所述的碳粉加黑处理槽4中的溶剂进行加黑处理,所述的机体1包括前壳体11和后壳体12,所述的两个壳体通过螺栓13固定在一起,所述纸张输入口111的设置在所述的前壳体11上,所述的纸张输出口121设置在所述的后壳体12上,在所述的机体1上可以设置电源开关14。本实用新型的工作过程为:当在电脑设备上做好排版图文后,就可以激光打印的方式将排版好之图文打印在描图纸上,然后,将所述的描图纸送入本实用新型的激光打印文稿加黑机中,将所述的描图纸放置在纸张输入口111处,并启动电源开关14,驱动机构2带动上下两滚轴转动,此时,两滚轴将位于纸张输入口111处的纸张卷入机体1内,因为下滚轴22的一部分浸渍于碳粉加黑处理槽4内,会使溶剂随著下滚轴22的转动,使纸张能与已有技术中的碳粉加黑溶剂相接触,该溶剂针对覆盖碳粉的图文进行溶解加黑,最后,已加黑的描图纸再从纸张输出口121处输出,加黑后的描图纸张就可直接作为底片,送去作制版印刷。本实用新型和已有技术相对照,因为在卷动机构的下方设置了碳粉加黑处理槽4,所以可以利用已有技术中的碳粉加黑溶剂直接将描图纸上的图文均匀加黑,解决了传统手工加黑操作中的不均匀问题,节省了底片费用和其它辅助设备的支出,同时该激光打印加黑机操作简单,使用方便。

Claims (5)

1,一种激光打印文稿加黑机,包括一个机体、卷动机构和驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的机体上设置有一个纸张输入口和一个输出口,所述的卷动机构和驱动机构设置在所述的机体内,在机体内、所述的卷动机构的下方设置有一个碳粉加黑处理槽,在所述的碳粉加黑处理槽中,放置已有技术中的用于碳粉加黑的溶剂。
2,如权利要求1所述的一种激光打印文稿加黑机,其特征在于:所述的机体包括前壳体和后壳体,所述的两个壳体通过螺栓固定在一起,所述纸张输入口的设置在所述的前壳体上,所述的纸张输出口设置在所述的后壳体上
3,如权利要求1所述的一种激光打印文稿加黑机,其特征在于:在所述的机体上设置有电源开关。
4,如权利要求1所述的一种激光打印文稿加黑机,其特征在于:所述的碳粉加黑处理槽上连接有一个添加槽,所述的添加槽的一端设置在机体的外侧。
5,如权利要求1所述的一种激光打印文稿加黑机,其特征在于:所述的卷动机构包括上下两滚轴,所述的上下两滚轴的两端分别设置在两个侧板上的轴孔中,所述的两个侧板机体固定,所述的卷动机构与所述的驱动机构连接,所述的驱动机构包括一个电动机、一个主动齿轮和一个从动齿轮,所述的电动机驱动所述的主动齿轮,所述的主动齿轮带动所述的从动齿轮。
