电动自行车电源插接式联接机构,由插头和插座所组成,其所述的插头是绝缘材料制成的固定板,固定板中嵌制动触片,动触片与接线孔相连,所述的插座是插座体,插座体上安装座夹,座夹与动触片相配合,座夹连接接线片。可将插头连接在蓄电池盒上,将插座连接在电动机接线盒中,当蓄电池充电时连同电池盒取出,插头从插座中拔出即可,而充好电放回,电源又接通,十分省力、方便。

                   背景技术
自行车是应用十分广泛的人力交通工具,但对于路程较远,体能较弱,又有速度要求的人来说,需要使用机动车,如摩托车。可是摩托车带来废气污染,噪声大等问题,在城市中多限制使用,从而近年来自行车上安装动力的电动自行车得到发展。现有电动自行车的设计尚未规范,在结构上有待完善,例如蓄电池与电动机线路的联接比较麻烦,可电动自行车的电池又经常要充电,装卸是件费劲费时的事。
                   发明内容
本实用新型提供一种电动自行车电源插接式联接机构,其技术方案是:由插头和插座所组成,所述的插头是绝缘材料制成的固定板,固定板中嵌制动触片,动触片与接线孔相连,所述的插座是插座体,插座体上安装座夹,座夹与动触片相配合,座夹连接接线片。其所述的插座体是两组,每组插座体中安装两只座夹和接线片。其插座体和固定板是酚醛聚酯材料所制成。本联接机构将插头连接在蓄电池盒上,将插座连接在电动机接线盒中,当蓄电池充电时连同电池盒取出,插头从插座中拔出即可,而充好电放回,电源又接通,十分省力、方便。

                      具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及电动自行车电源插接式联接机构,有插头和插座两件所组成,可将插头经固定孔6的紧固件安装在蓄电池盒中,作为电源插头,插座经固定孔11的紧固件安装在电动机线路板上。所述插头是绝缘材料制成的固定板1(或者长条),固定板中嵌制有动触片2,如图1、图2所示,动触片2有弯头3,如图3所示,弯头3连到接线孔4,联接到电源。所述的插座是绝缘的插座体10,插座体上安装座夹5,有固定螺钉7,座夹5与动触片2相配合,形成插头与插座,座夹5连接接线片8,接线片8经接线螺钉9联接电动机线。一般插座体10是两组,每组插座体中安装两只座夹5和接线片8,联接电源正、负极。所述插座体10和固定板1是高分子材料的塑料所制成,例如采用酚醛聚酯材料等。

1、电动自行车电源插接式联接机构,由插头和插座所组成,其特征在于所述的插头是绝缘材料制成的固定板(1),固定板中嵌制动触片(2),动触片与接线孔(4)相连,所述的插座是插座体(10),插座体(10)上安装座夹(5),座夹(5)与动触片(2)相配合,座夹连接接线片(8)。
2、如权利要求1所述的电动自行车电源插接式联接机构,其特征在于所述的插座体(10)是两组,每组插座体中安装两只座夹(5)和接线片(8)。
3、如权利要求1所述的电动自行车电源插接式联接机构,其特征在于插座体(10)和固定板(1)是酚醛聚酯材料所制成。
