Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电热卷发器,包括手柄、铰接在手柄上且通过弹弓与手柄组成夹子的夹片,手柄前端固定有封密的下半圆筒,上半圆筒及夹片均与手柄铰接,夹片与上半圆筒通过活动连接装置相连,上、下半圆筒内部安装有与电源线相连的发热器、前端通过绝缘套连接低温头,所述活动连接装置包括夹片上的带有大圆的长条形锁匙孔、固定在上半圆筒上且与长条形锁匙孔相配合的连接拉钉,安装在手柄上的推制通过拉杆与连接拉钉相连,推制与手柄之间装有复位弹簧。本实用新型可以使头发受热均匀,不但可以烫卷发,而且可烫直发。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电热卷发器。
背景技术
如图1、图2所示，通常电热卷发器是在手柄2’安装隔热套13’，套13’之前端安装有铝制的圆筒1’，圆筒1’前端依次连接绝缘套6’和低温头7’，夹片5’铰接在铝筒上且通过安装在它们之间的弹弓12’与手柄组成夹子，夹片5’前部延伸到圆筒前端，圆筒1’内的发热芯4’通过导线依次连接安装在手柄2’内的指示灯9’、开关10’及电源线11’。该卷发器只能烫卷发，不能烫出直发，当人们希望将变形的卷发烫直时，这种卷发器就不能满足这一需要。而且在卷发时，卷发器夹片的温度比圆筒温度低，使得头发不同部分受热不一致，影响卷发效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种使头发受热均匀，既能烫曲发，又能烫直发的电热烫发器。
本实用新型的主要技术方案是该卷发器，包括手柄、铰接在手柄上且通过弹弓与手柄组成夹子的夹片，手柄前端固定有封密的下半圆筒，上半圆筒及夹片均与手柄铰接，夹片与上半圆筒通过活动连接装置相连，上、下半圆筒内部安装有与电源线相连的发热器、前端通过绝缘套连接低温头，其特征在于：所述活动连接装置包括夹片上的带有大圆的长条形锁匙孔、固定在上半圆筒上且与长条形锁匙孔相配合的连接拉钉，安装在手柄上的推制通过拉杆与连接拉钉相连，推制与手柄之间装有复位弹簧。
本实用新型的两个半圆筒内均有衡温性能的PTC发热器，其温度一致使头发受热均匀，而且利用两个圆筒的平面端夹住头发，卷动时烫传统的曲发；沿头发拖动，则可以烫出需要的直发型。配上不同表面形状的半圆筒，本实用新型还能烫出带小波浪等的多变发型。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图3所示，一种电热卷发器，包括手柄2、铰接在手柄2上且通过弹弓12与手柄组成夹子的夹片5，手柄2前端固定有封密的下半圆筒3，上半圆筒1及夹片5均与手柄2铰接，夹片5与上半圆筒1通过活动连接装置相连，上、下半圆筒1、3内部安装有与电源线相连的发热器4、前端通过绝缘套6连接低温头7，所述活动连接装置包括夹片5上的带有大圆的长条形锁匙孔19、固定在上半圆筒上且与长条形锁匙孔相配合的连接拉钉17，安装在手柄2上的推制15通过拉杆16与连接拉钉相连，推制与手柄之间装有复位弹簧18。本实施例其它部分与现有电热卷发器相同。
实施例二
如图4、图5、图6所示，本实施例中上、下半圆筒的相对面有可啮合锯齿状凸起8，上半圆筒的锯齿状凸起8位于一活动的啮合板9上，啮合板9与铰接在手柄2上的活动的连接板11相连，连接板11上也有带有大圆的长条形锁匙孔19’与固定在上半圆筒上的连接拉钉17相配合。本实施例其它部分与实施例一相同。
通过推制15在手柄2内的往复运动，带动拉杆16，使连接拉钉17可以在长条形孔19内往返移动。如图5所示，若推制15向左推，连接拉钉16的钉头与夹片5锁匙孔大圆对正，则夹片5可以上下摆动夹发并卷动，这是卷发功能。  如图6所示，若推制15向右时，连接拉钉17向右则进入夹片5锁匙孔的狭孔中，则连接拉钉17把夹片与上半圆通形成一体，则上下半圆通在夹片带动下，可以完成直发的功能。
如图7所示，若连接拉钉17向左进入啮合板9上锁匙孔的狭孔中，则连接拉钉17把啮合板9与上半圆通形成一体，上半圆通连着啮合板在夹片带动下，可以上下摆动夹发，此时，头发夹在啮合板和下半圆通之间的锯齿状凸起8内。这样，就可以烫出带小波浪的发型或一些组合的发型。

Claims (2)

1、一种电热卷发器，包括手柄(2)、铰接在手柄(2)上且通过弹弓(12)与手柄组成夹子的夹片(5)，手柄(2)前端固定有封密的下半圆筒(3)，上半圆筒(1)及夹片(5)均与手柄(2)铰接，夹片(5)与上半圆筒(1)通过活动连接装置相连，上、下半圆筒(1)、(3)内部安装有与电源线相连的发热器(4)、前端通过绝缘套(6)连接低温头(7)，其特征在于：所述活动连接装置包括夹片(5)上的带有大圆的长条形锁匙孔(19)、固定在上半圆筒上且与长条形锁匙孔相配合的连接拉钉(17)，安装在手柄(2)上的推制(15)通过拉杆(16)与连接拉钉相连，推制与手柄之间装有复位弹簧(18)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种电热卷发器，其特征在于：上、下半圆筒的相对面有可啮合锯齿状凸起(8)，上半圆筒的锯齿状凸起(8)位于一活动的啮合板(9)上，啮合板(9)与铰接在手柄(2)上的活动的连接板(11)相连，连接板(11)上也有带有大圆的长条形锁匙孔(19’)与固定在上半圆筒上的连接拉钉(17)相配合。
