Abstract
一种连环综合垃圾焚烧炉,包括炉体、焚烧室,炉体前部由支架支起,与水平线形成一夹角,炉体内腔为长形焚烧室,炉体可设计为足够长,炉体底部的外侧有废油箱,废油经废油输送管输入焚烧室;炉体两侧设有多对建筑可焚垃圾入炉口、生活垃圾入炉口,焚烧室内设有多个生活垃圾干燥槽,底端设有自燃热能气化废油焚烧器,炉体底边各建筑可焚垃圾入炉口底下均设有清理炉渣装置、排渣口、地下清理垃圾炉渣槽、焚烧炉尾端排气口、除尘装置、有害物质检测装置及排烟口,焚烧室底端设有炉口。该焚烧炉将生活废油、工业废油、生活垃圾、建筑垃圾分开处理后才焚烧,其产生的废气经长时间高温焚烧,避免有害物质产生,可大规模处理垃圾。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种垃圾焚烧炉。
背景技术
由于世界各国经济的不断发展和人口的增长,环境污染已越来越引起人们的重视,垃圾的处理已是人们面临解决环境污染的重大课题之一。为了改善人类生活环境和避免垃圾危害人们的健康和正常生活,人们认真研究了垃圾的处理。过去一般采用的垃圾填埋方法处理城市垃圾,由于许多垃圾几十年都不能降解,因此既容易污染水源又占用大量耕地。近年来,出现了一些焚烧垃圾的技术。1988年9月28日公告的CN87216178U的中国实用新型专利说明书公开了一种垃圾废料焚烧炉,其适用于生活、医院垃圾的处理,该种焚烧设备由焚烧炉、粉碎机、提升机、第二燃烧室组成,其特点是焚烧炉中有转动的料耙、承接台、搅拌耙,使垃圾在炉中均匀摊平,可以连续进行焚烧,第二燃烧室将焚烧炉排出的气体高温加热,降低排气中的有害气体。1997年5月28日公告的CN2254995Y的中国实用新型专利说明书公开了一种斜式刮板连续垃圾焚烧炉,该炉炉体前部用支架支起,使炉体与水平线成35度至40度的夹角,炉体内装电动索链传送带,电动索链传送带上有索链,索链的竖环上焊接背靠背的两块角铁形成刮板炉箅,刮板炉箅上有通风孔,可以连续送料、出料,不需二次点火。1999年11月24日公告的CN2350637Y的中国实用新型专利说明书公开了另一种逆燃式连续燃烧生活垃圾焚烧炉,包括上料系统、燃油(或电)点火器和电动推料器、阶梯形倾斜往复炉排、平式链条炉排和第二燃烧室,还有鼓风机、引风机、出渣机、二级水除尘器、烟囱等,垃圾焚烧时由点火器引燃形成底火层后,由电动推料器将已开始燃烧的垃圾进入阶梯式倾斜往复式炉排上高温燃烧,引风管设在炉前,使烟火引成逆风路,后进入二次燃烧室,余热利用室和双级水除尘器,烟、尘、气味经二级水处理,可降低有害气体的排放。以上三篇专利都是通过焚烧在一定程度上解决了垃圾的处理问题,但都存在着以下缺点:1、没有将不同类型的垃圾分类处理,或处理垃圾的种类单一;2、炉体较小,处理垃圾的规模小;3、废气在焚烧炉中停留时间短,容易产生如戴奥辛、二噁英等有害物质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种将不同垃圾分类处理、连续自燃、排放无害化的可大批量处理垃圾的垃圾焚烧炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,即提供一种连环综合垃圾焚烧炉,包括炉体、焚烧室,所述炉体前部由支架支起,使炉体与水平线形成一定的夹角,炉体内腔为长形焚烧室,其特征在于:所述炉体可设计为足够长,炉体底部的外侧有废油箱,所述废油箱经废油输送管与焚烧室相连通;炉体两侧设有多对建筑可焚垃圾入炉口、多对生活垃圾入炉口,所述焚烧室内设有多个生活垃圾干燥槽,焚烧室的底端设有自燃热能气化废油焚烧器,炉体底边的各建筑可焚垃圾入炉口底下,均设有清理炉渣装置、排渣口、地下清理垃圾炉渣槽、焚烧炉尾端排气口、除尘装置、有害物质检测装置及排烟口,焚烧室底端设有炉口。
进一步说,其炉体前部由支架支起,使炉体与水平线形成一定的夹角,炉体的长度可设计为足够长,炉体内腔为长形焚烧室,焚烧室由耐火材料制成;炉体底部的外侧有可盛生活废油、工业废油的废油箱,其废油可自废油箱经废油输送管输入焚烧室;炉体两侧设有多对建筑可焚垃圾入炉口、多对生活垃圾入炉口,焚烧室内的每一对建筑可焚垃圾入炉口间有一个焚烧床;焚烧室内设有多个生活垃圾干燥槽,脱水后的生活垃圾由自动推料器推入生活垃圾入炉口,落到生活垃圾干燥槽内,干燥后的生活垃圾滑落在焚烧室内的焚烧床上,从生活垃圾干燥槽流出的水分收集到生活垃圾废水槽中;建筑可焚垃圾由自动推料器推入建筑可焚垃圾入炉口,滑落在焚烧室内焚烧床上;焚烧室的底端设有自燃热能气化废油焚烧器,经喷燃点火器可点燃,可将焚烧室内的废油、建筑可焚垃圾、干燥后的生活垃圾焚烧;焚烧室设有电脑控制装置,由电脑监控温度,炉体的底边各建筑可焚垃圾入炉口底下均设有清理炉渣装置,炉渣经清理炉渣装置清理后,经出渣口排入地下清理垃圾炉渣槽,废气经焚烧炉尾端排气口进入除尘装置除尘,除尘后的废气经检测装置检测,戴奥辛、二噁英及其它有毒气体符合排放标准后才经排烟口将废气排出。焚烧室底端设有炉口。
由于采用了以上结构,将生活废油、工业废油、生活垃圾、建筑垃圾分开处理后才焚烧,焚烧废油、垃圾产生的废气在长形的焚烧室里长时间高温焚烧,避免有害物质戴奥辛、二噁英和其他有毒的气体产生,可大规模处理垃圾。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,其为一种连环综合垃圾焚烧炉,炉体前部由支架支起,使炉体与水平线形成一定的夹角,炉体的长度根据目标垃圾焚烧量而定,可设计为足够长,炉体内腔为长形焚烧室6,焚烧室6由耐火材料制成,焚烧室的顶部为拱形设计;炉体底部的外侧有可盛生活废油、工业废油的废油箱1,废油自废油箱1经废油输送管2输入焚烧室6;炉体两侧设有多个建筑可焚垃圾入炉口4、多个生活垃圾入炉口8,焚烧室6内的每一对建筑可焚烧垃圾入炉口4就有一个焚烧床5,焚烧室6内设有多个生活垃圾干燥槽7,脱水后的生活垃圾由自动推料器推入生活垃圾入炉口8,落到生活垃圾干燥槽7内,干燥后的生活垃圾滑落在焚烧室6内的焚烧床5上,脱出来的生活垃圾水分收集到生活垃圾废水槽16中;建筑可焚垃圾由自动推料器推入建筑可焚垃圾入炉口4,滑落在焚烧室6内的焚烧床5上;焚烧室6的底端设有自燃热能气化废油焚烧器3,经喷燃点火器可点燃,可将焚烧室6内的废油,建筑可焚垃圾、干燥后的生活垃圾焚烧;焚烧室设有电脑控制装置,由电脑监控温度,焚烧室6顶端的温度要大于700度而小于耐火材料所容许的温度,焚烧室6的尾端温度不小于1000度;炉体的底边各建筑可焚垃圾入炉口4底下均设有清理炉渣装置,炉渣经清理炉渣装置清理后,经出渣口10排入地下清理垃圾炉渣槽,废气经焚烧炉尾端排气口15进入除尘装置12A除尘,除尘后的废气经有毒物质检测装置12B检测,戴奥辛、二噁英及其它有毒气体符合排放标准后才经排烟口将废气排出。焚烧室底端设有炉口14。
Claims (3)
1.一种连环综合垃圾焚烧炉,包括炉体、焚烧室,所述炉体前部由支架支起,使炉体与水平线形成一定的夹角,炉体内腔为长形焚烧室,其特征在于:所述炉体可设计为足够长,炉体底部的外侧有废油箱(1),所述废油箱(1)经废油输送管(2)与焚烧室(6)相连通;炉体两侧设有多对建筑可焚垃圾入炉口(4)、多对生活垃圾入炉口(8),所述焚烧室(6)内设有多个生活垃圾干燥槽(7),焚烧室(6)的底端设有自燃热能气化废油焚烧器(3),炉体底边的各建筑可焚垃圾入炉口(4)底下,均设有清理炉渣装置、排渣口(10)、地下清理垃圾炉渣槽(17)、焚烧炉尾端排气口(15)、除尘装置(12A)、有害物质检测装置(12B)及排烟口(9),焚烧室(6)底端设有炉口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连环综合垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:所述焚烧室(6)设有电脑控制装置,由电脑监控温度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连环综合垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:所述焚烧炉的炉顶为拱型。
