本实用新型涉及一种特别适用于车辆、船舶、建筑等内装饰用的柔性塑料复合片材。
背景技术
目前，塑料制品被广泛用于车辆、船舶、建筑等各领域的内装饰，但存在一个难以同时满足既有较理想的表面使用性能，又具有较理想的保温、隔音等性能的要求，因为能够满足外观装饰漂亮、机械强度较高的塑料制品，其保温、隔音性能不理想；而发泡塑料具有优良的保温、隔音性能，却不具有较理想的外观、表面机械性能。所以，对其使用受到一定限制，像目前的车辆门板的内装饰，用一般塑料板材，虽具有较好的耐磨损、易清洗的优点，但保温、隔音、防震效果很差，所以高档轿车中多用纤维毡加装饰布料等进行车门的内装饰，存在难以清洗和给人以厚重的感觉。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种既具有优良的保温、隔音、防震性能，又同时具有良好的物理机械性能、耐腐蚀性能和美感外观的塑料复合片材，以克服单一塑料材料的不足，扩大其使用领域。
本实用新型塑料复合片材是由面层和基层组成，面层为PVC塑料片，基层为PVC发泡塑料片。
为了使复合片材的使用表面具有亚光及美感外观，在其PVC面层的外表面还有一层消光剂涂层并压制有花纹；
为了在使用中提高其与被装饰体的粘结强度，在其PVC发泡塑料基层的底表面上还有一层涂覆层，涂覆层为氯醋树脂或聚氨脂溶胶。
当然，对本领域技术人员，根据塑料的性能还可以选择面层为PP塑料片，基层为PP或PE发泡塑料片。
本实用新型塑料复合片材具有优良的保温、隔音、防震、耐腐蚀、电绝缘性能和较高的抗拉强度、耐冲击强度，并具有漂亮的外观，易于清洗维护，与被装饰物体粘结牢固可靠的优点。其用途广泛，尤其适用于高档轿车的内装饰及各种车辆座垫等。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本实用新型塑料复合片材由面层(1)和基层(2)组成，面层(1)为PVC塑料片，基层(2)为PVC发泡塑料片。在面层(1)的外表面上具有消光剂涂层(3)并压制有花纹，在基层(2)的底表面上具有涂覆层(4)，涂覆层(4)为氯醋树脂。
该塑料复合片的制造方法是将外表面上用消光剂涂覆消光的面层(1)和将底表面上涂覆氯醋树脂的基层(2)重叠一起经复合压花机同时进行复合和压花。

Claims (4)

1、一种塑料复合片材，其特征在于由面层(1)和基层(2)组成，面层(1)为PVC塑料片，基层(2)为PVC发泡塑料片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料复合片材，其特征在于所述的面层(1)的外表面还有一层消光剂涂层(3)并压制有花纹。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料复合片材，其特征在于所述的基层(2)的底表面上还有一层涂覆层(4)，涂覆层(4)为氯醋树脂或聚氨脂溶胶。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料复合片材，其特征在于所述的面层(1)还可以为PP塑料片，基层(2)还可以为PP或PE发泡塑料片。
