背景技术：目前在牙科中常用的根管锉根据粗细不同有六种型号，在使用过程中，由于根管锉非常细小，加上唾液的湿滑，非常容易从手中滑脱落入口中。特别是在扩后牙根和治疗儿童牙病时，因患儿欠配合，经常出现这种情况。对有经验的牙医，在出现这种意外时可以通过保持病人开口状态，将根管锉慢慢取出，而经验不足的牙医或初学者遇到这种情况时，往往会因为惊慌而导致病人误咽、误吸的意外发生，从而导致严重后果。
发明内容：本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，防止根管锉在使用过程中易在口腔滑落而造成伤害。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是，以普通的根管锉为基础，在其后端连接一连接线，连接线的另一端连接一弹簧夹，弹簧夹可固夹在手指上。
将弹簧夹固夹在右手食指上即可操作使用，如在使用中根管锉脱落，通过连接线牵出即可，可防止因根管锉滑脱造成的伤害。
