本实用新型涉及一种气体流向控制用密封装置。
现在大流量低压气体的流向调节控制经常采用挡板直压密封装置来实现,装置中的密封圈一般使用“O”形圈或倒“V”形圈。因介质对密封圈或密封圈底盘有腐蚀,当有了一定腐蚀量时,密封圈易被挡板粘起,从而破坏装置的密封性能;且将密封圈装入密封圈底盘槽时相当困难;由于密封圈底盘槽的形状和尺寸要求非常严格,使得加工相当困难。
本实用新型就是克服上述缺点,提供一种密封圈不被挡板粘起的气体流向控制用密封装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种气体流向控制用密封装置,它包括挡板、密封圈、密封圈底盘;密封圈底盘上开有一周倒T形槽;密封圈为与倒T形槽相匹配的倒T形结构,倒T形密封圈的底面上开有一槽。
由于本实用新型采用了上述结构,将密封圈及密封圈底盘设计成倒T形结构,保证了该装置在使用过程中密封圈不被挡板粘出,始终与密封圈底盘槽紧密配合,密封性能好,可靠性高;密封圈的底面上开有一槽,安装时,只要在密封圈两侧轻轻一压,密封圈便可很顺利地装入密封圈底盘的槽内,安装容易;密封圈底盘槽加工容易。
下面结合附图和具体实施例详述本实用新型。
图1为本实用的剖面结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括挡板1、密封圈2和密封圈底盘5。密封圈底盘5上开有一周倒T形槽3;密封圈2为与倒T形槽3相匹配的倒T形结构,底面上开有一V形槽4。

1、一种气体流向控制用密封装置,它包括挡板(1)、密封圈(2)、密封圈底盘(5);其特征在于:密封圈底盘(5)上开有一周倒T形槽(3);密封圈(2)为与倒T形槽(3)相匹配的倒T型结构,底面上开有一槽(4)。
