本实用新型公开了一种汽化炉头,它由进油口,预热环,预热盘,十字头,汽化室,喷嘴组成,进油口与预热环连接,预热环通过管道连接在预热盘的下端,并通过管道连接十字头,十字头的中间有阻尼棒,并通过管道与汽化室连接,汽化室的上端是喷嘴。本实用新型具有燃料成本低,对环境污染小,噪音小,火力大,燃烧完全,无烟无味,不堵塞等优点。使用时,燃料通过预热环预热后进入十字头,并在阻尼棒的阻尼作用下使燃料得到充分汽化,从而实现充分燃烧。

本实用新型涉及一种燃汽炉。
目前,现有的汽化炉均存在下列问题:一是燃油一般是煤油或柴油,其成本较高,二是燃烧不完全,污染环境,噪声大。另外,使用人工合成燃料的汽化炉由于结构上的问题,使用效果均不理想。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种使用人工合成燃料的汽化炉,其汽化效果好,不堵塞,以解决上述问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的:由进油口(1),预热环(2),预热盘(3),十字头(4),汽化室(5),喷嘴(6)组成,进油口(1)与预热环(2)连接,预热环(2)通过管道(7)连接在预热盘(3)的下端,并通过管道(8)连接十字头(4),十字头(4)的中间有阻尼棒(9),并通过管道(10)与汽化室(5)连接,汽化室(5)的上端是喷嘴(6)。
本实用新型与现有的技术相比,具有燃料成本低,对环境污染小,噪音小,火力大,燃烧完全,无烟无味,不堵塞等优点。使用时,燃料通过预热环预热后进入十字头,并在阻尼棒的阻尼作用下汽化再进入汽化室,使燃料得到充分汽化,从而实现充分燃烧。
